Holiday rentals with beach access in Tuscany

Lisa and Francesca were amazing hosts. From the moment we booked to the end of our stay , they communication was exceptional . They welcomed us warmly. They were very attentive and willing to go above and beyond to help us feel comfortable . In conversation I mentioned my husband was feeling unwell, Francesco went straight to the pharmacy and bought him some medicine. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed plus more. Everything great! The apartment is beautiful, clean, beautifully furnished - we felt comfortable immediately. In addition, it is totally quiet and is a perfect starting point for excursions to cities, the mountains or on foot to the beach. Cristian's parents Salvatore and Elena (who live with him) welcomed us very warmly and were super friendly and helpful. We felt like we were visiting friends. We would come back anytime:)

Amazing views! The pictures do not do it justice. The bed and couch was comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed.

Carlotta’s accomodation is by far the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed in. Not only is it in the most picturesque place, but it is the perfect location to enjoy some privacy, the marina and the gorgeous little town. Carlotta and her Dad looked after us incredibly well, gifting us with a bottle of Prosecco, homemade limoncello and the most delicious cannoli. We were so touched by their thoughtfulness. The accomodation is clean and fits the description perfectly. If you’re thinking about doing Cinque Terre this is absolutely the best pick of the accomodation. 10/10

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

This location is the perfect place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre. The pictures don’t do it justice, the private garden and terrace are beautiful and clean offering a great place to watch the sea and get some sun and a comfortable getaway from the crowds of Cinque Terre while still leaving you in close proximity of the water with the short walk down the cliff. We opted to spend a full day at the place of soaking up the sun in the Garden and dipping into the sea. It was fantastic. Antonella is a great host, met us at the square and guided us to the parking spot. They were informative, quick to respond, and a fun conversation! The house was spotless, comfortable, and offered a great space to eat and reset. Regarding the roads, you do need to be comfortable and confident with driving as some sections of the road are too narrow for more than one car and will require you to reverse if there is on coming traffic to make space also many hairpins are blind due to vegetation.

What an incredible place ! The house is beautiful and the town is wonderful. So glad we stayed here vs any of teh other towns, while the train station is a short bus ride away it was very easy to move around. The village itsself is so beautiful and the people / shop keepers all wonderful and fund. The property its self was exceptioanlly comfortable 100% would stay here again

The location and especially the view is unique. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers many different seating and lounging options. The bed, mattress, and pillows are high quality and comfortable. The kitchen is very large, is simply equipped and offers everything to be able to cook extensively. The house is not accessible, there are many winding steps both in the house and around the house. The wifi is very good. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect for a quiet holiday in Tellaro: super apartment with roof terrace, all very appealing, stylish and clean. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the time. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Michele was always available, nothing was too much trouble. We have an issue with the heating that always resolved super quickly. Accommodation easy to get to using the Riomaggiore lift. Would definitely stay here again!

Simone was a wonderful host! He met us at the beach parking lot and escorted us to the apartment and assisted us with our luggage up the flights of stairs. The location was perfect for us to explore this beautiful city, walkable, close to the sea/ small beach, park, restaurants, cafes, fresh fruit stand. Modern decor, bright open concept, well appointed, comfortable bed, plenty of storage in the wardrobe for our clothes and storing our luggage. Free parking was included and located directly across the street. Traffic was constant in the front but didn’t affect our sleeping in the back bedroom. We would recommend guests staying here, thanks for the later checkout time, thanks Simone!

If you are looking for a space with one of the most amazing views in the world, then book this space immediately! Watching the sunset from the balcony every night is incredible and made our first experience in Manarola unforgettable. Erica's space was super clean and beautifully designed. More of a modern set up, with unique lighting options and a large jacuzzi tub. Although we didn't use much of it, there are plenty of kitchen items, to make you feel at home, plus a washing machine! All that being said, there is a pretty impressive climb to the space. Unfortunately, we arrived in town after the assisted check-in window, so my wife and I had to push our luggage up a pretty steep incline, through the town, and then up a good amount of steps, plus the room is three flights up from the entrance. So, if daily climbs and steps aren't your thing, then maybe this isn't the spot for you. All in all, Erica's place is amazing and made our stay in Manarola a really great one.

We were really beautifully welcomed by Carlo. The stay was quiet and pleasant in a rural area but close to the lake. In the house, there was everything you could wish for. The next day, we met his wife Gessica and little Spartaco. A big thank you to everyone and we hope to see you again soon.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

The stay was very nice. The apartment is in a great location. Small but very modern and nice apartment. Everything you need is available. Great with the harbor at your doorstep.

Wow, words can’t actually describe how wonderful and beautiful this little place is! Absolutely loved every moment there. Capoliveri is also absolutely captivating, restaurants and shops Are lovely. I hope we can come back !
