Beach house holiday rentals in Tuscany

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

This house is magical. :) The ancient stone walls married with the beautifully modern and renovated kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The views exceptional. Our family of 5 (3 kids, young professionals, in their 20s) were completely at home and always excited for their next adventure. There was something for everyone - hiking, swimming, wonderful restaurants, and adventures to other villages and towns. The trains, trails, and shuttles met every need. The TWO terraces were family central to admire views, share stories of the day, and be together. Corniglia is delightful. It empties out in the evening and we felt like locals. The villagers were so welcoming. Christina was a perfect host. We all want to come back.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

A wonderful house with beautiful outdoor seating. We felt very comfortable. A beautiful view from the sea and quiet location. We can only recommend it.

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

Fantastic location, spacious property, cozy house. Just right for relaxation. On weekends, there is music in the beach bar - sometimes until after midnight. Silvia is an excellent host. We were very pleased.

The villa is delicious, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything , it feels like it's at home The garden and terrace are beautiful , the enchanting view and ranges from Corsica ( you can see the sunset every night) to the island of Elba to the coasts of Italy The countless tables and lounge chairs make you enjoy every corner of the garden in a different way, the fence is very comfortable for those who have dogs ... mine had a great time and enjoyed the stay running and playing and it was very relaxing to know them safely Nearby there is a small grocery store and a bakery , Sant'Andrea is a very small village with a beautiful beach The caretaker and host are always available A truly memorable experience Thanks to the owners of the Villa who really thought of everything :)

One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed 6 nights at Matteo. It was a great apartment for the two of us, with a very nice terrace. During the day we were on the beach or on the road in the area and in the late afternoon was relaxing,by the beautiful pool,trendy. In which you could also swim your laps. Again, thank you for having us as guests at Matteo.

Thank you Gianpaolo for your warm welcome, your availability, everything was perfect, the location a haven of peace facing the sea, located next to the 2 villages Le Grazie and Porto Venere that we could reach on foot from the gate of the very well arranged garden. The small pool is very nice. The recently renovated house is very clean and faithful to the photos. Departure by boat from Porto Venere, very convenient for visiting the 5 lands and other islands. We totally disconnected during these 3 days. We'll be happy to go back. A very nice discovery.

Such a lovely time at the place! It is really very idyllic, has everything you need and is beautiful with the pool! For us, it was also the perfect starting point for many very nice road bike tours! I'm sure we'll be back :)

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!

We just had a great time. A great welcome, good advice, an exceptional garden, a well-equipped and comfortable accommodation, Portovenere is just so pretty and pleasant especially after spending a day in the 5 lands with people. In short with my friends, we recommend it and thank Agnes again for this moment!!!

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The furnishings are very nice with stylish furniture, a large bathroom, the kitchen is small but everything you need is there with a modern induction stove and appliances. Apartment is ideal for couples. The highlight is definitely the garden where we spent a lot of time with large pine trees as a natural shade. Alessandra and her husband were very helpful. All in all, a super nice holiday...happy to come back.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Dream location. If you are looking for peace and beauty, there is no comparison: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Daniel's accommodation is as described in the pictures and in the listing and completely sufficient for two people! Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. Daniela was also always personally available to us and very flexible when it came to check-in - thank you very much for that! We had a great time and can recommend the accommodation 100% 🙂

Federico is the perfect host, friendly, helpful, has a lot of information about the area and is happy about his guests, we immediately felt welcome. The house is minimalist modern, clean, without a lot of frills, offers plenty of space and storage and is pleasantly cool in the heat. The kitchen is well equipped. The rain shower has the perfect water pressure. The outdoor area is comfortably furnished. We loved the location in the Italian neighborhood, everything you need is within walking distance, as well as the train station to explore the area. We arrived with a dog and appreciated that the endless forest in a short distance to the house was perfect for walks or even leads directly to the beach. We had a great holiday and would book with Federico again at any time.
