Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Tuscany

We had such a wonderful six days at this beautiful place. It was comfortable and one of the most picturesque properties we’ve stayed at in a long time. We fully enjoyed the barbecue area, walking the trails, and all of the special views from our room. Nico and Elena were such gracious and lovely hosts - we appreciated such wonderful hospitality.

Our stay in the Carla apartment was lovely and peaceful. The surroundings are truly beautiful. Simona was so kind and helpful recommending some short hikes for us in the area. Highly recommend.

Staying at Baggio’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, Eddy was incredibly attentive and communicative, making sure our stay was seamless. The Airbnb itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was unbeatable—close to all the sights while still offering a peaceful retreat. Wow it’s an amazing place for a family or friends group trip to unbound to the nature. Amazing borderless swimming pool. Very beautiful area around and BBQ zone. There is a lot of fun around like a tennis and running stuff.

We had a fantastic stay in Florence—the apartment was extremely spacious for 3 travelers, it was clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The host was extremely responsive. Can’t wait to book again soon.

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

Had a great stay. Everything was neatly clean and the apartment was quietly located. We had rented a car and this is also recommended here. Location was central so Florance, Lucca , Pisa were easy to reach by car. Host made a reservation for us at a restaurant for the first night because we arrived later than expected.

The apartment is very spacious, new and beautiful. It has the advertised amenities. It is 300 meters from Piazza San Marco, where you have the means of transportation to get around: how to get from the station or go to Piazzale Michelangelo. It is very easy to walk from there to the tourist spots.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

We had such a lovely stay at Casa Arturo! Andrea was such a welcoming host - he met us at the entrance and helped carry our huge suitcase, showed us in and around the apartment and went out of his way to help us both during (and after!) our stay. The apartment itself was a lovely haven from the busyness of the centre and the surrounding neighbourhood has a nice feel to it. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone wishing to stay in Florence!

This is a gem in the heart of Lucca. The apartment is super comfortable and has excellent views of rooftops and towers. The location is excellent closed to all worthy sites in Lucca yet very quiet and peaceful. The building has a great elevator which is a big plus given the top floor location. Salvatore is a great host, very responsive, and accommodating. I would love to return to Salvatore’s place for a longer stay sometime in the future.

We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

It was a simply fantastic week, a beautiful place, an oasis to relax and have fun in nature, but the real added value is Paolo, who is always ready and available to give useful advice on what to see in the area and has a constant friendly eye for his guests

Don’t hesitate to stay at this place. Marco goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He was flexible with our arrival time, as we had a few hiccups while driving there. He helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment and made sure we understood how everything worked. He also gave us great recommendations for places to eat, which we really appreciated. The apartment is just like the photos. We were a group of four and stayed comfortably for two nights. Everything looks new. At check-out, Marco came by to make sure we were all set before heading to the central station. Thanks for everything, we truly appreciated the assistance.

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail - a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and the sights - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!
