Loft holiday rentals in Tulum

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans ce logement de très bonne qualité, très propre, spacieux, accès à la piscine facile, Logement bien équipé pour une famille. Accès à la plage public en voiture très facile. Bon emplacement pour visiter les points principaux de la région car sur la route principale. Cependant deux points d'attention : - il faut une voiture impérativement pour faire les courses et visiter - contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris sur l'annonce il n'y a pas d'accès préférentiel pour avoir accès aux infrastructures du Bahia Principe (Restauration, plages, tennis) seul l'achat d'un pass journalier à 100USD par adulte permet de profiter du all in. Peu importe on a tout de même passé un super séjour dans ce logement, nous le recommandons vivement.

This location is very convenient, close to the nightlife and restaurants but not loud. The outdoor/open air living room with hammock, and two balconie, is very cool. Great all around experience for the price.

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Daria tuvo una atención increíble desde el momento de la reservación, en donde contestó a todas mis dudas. Estuvo muy al pendiente durante toda la estancia y siempre estuvo atenta a contestar mis solicitudes. El estudio es increible, y el lugar es maravilloso. un lugar tranquilo, con acceso al wellness center y el gimnasio los cuales están increibles y con muchas clases.y aparatos. La playa también está muy cerca ya sea caminando (media hora) o 15 minutos en el carrito que te lleva de forma gratuita. Hay un mini super a 10 minutos caminando y los paisajes son muy lindos en general!. Seguramente volveré! Muy cerca de Tulum, Cenotes, Akumal y ruinas Mayas.

Came an hour prior to checkin. Ron was there to meet us and let us in. The place is clean. It is located at the end of the strip, but is less than a 5 minute walk to the first restaurant. Host sent a guide via email prior to our stay. It was very helpful for things to do in the area. Pack light, there is a spiral staircase to get to the top floor. Good experience and great host. El lugar es para disfrutar de buenos restaurantes y una estancia tranquila , muchos lugares están cerrados a las 10am y eso te permite caminar con la tranquilidad de tulum , mucha seguridad y buena vibra

We had a wonderful stay at Valeria’s condo! The space is beautifully designed with thoughtful details, high-end finishes, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Its location in La Veleta is ideal—close to fantastic restaurants and just a 15-minute drive to the beach. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat in Tulum!

We were meant to stay for 5 nights but ended up staying for 8! We loved our stay at Luis's! The apartment was lovely, sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. The building was great, the staff friendly and the pool area was stunning and really clean. The gym was also fantastic. Luis even provided beach towels and a second pair of normal towels which we haven't had often during our Airbnb stays and we really appreciated it. Luis was super quick to respond when we asked about a good supermarket and gave helpful information. 100% recommend booking here, don't look anywhere else!

Very nice apartment complex, just as per the photos. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and taking it easy, surrounded by trees, greenery and birds. It's easy to get a taxi to the town centre or hotel area, but as these are expensive it's best to rent a sooter or atv, which reception can also arrange. Overall a very nice place to stay and great value

The studio is surrounded by wonderful greenery and is very comfortable, private and quit. He was extremely helpful in order for me to plan the stay for my brother and his wife, who absolutely loved the surroundings, the pools, and the studio. My brother has limited mobility and can not walk big distances and the place is very well suited for his needs and capabilities.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The ambiance was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tulum. The space was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located close to the heart of Tulum, so getting to restaurants, shops, and attractions was easy. The price was very affordable for the area, which made the experience even better. While it’s possible to get around without one, I would recommend having a car or scooter to make access to the beach, cenotes, and downtown even more convenient. Overall, it was a great value and an excellent base for enjoying Tulum! Would definitely stay here again.

El complejo donde se encuentra ubicado el departamento tiene todas las comodidades que se muestran en el anuncio, un lugar muy agradable para pasar una buena estadia en tulum. El internet es rápido, el departamento es limpio y tranquilo y la atención de los anfitriones fue constante . Sin dudas volvería

Mi estancia fue muy placentera, el loft está muy agradable y acogedor y con todos los utensilios necesarios. El condominio cuenta con amenidades de primer nivel, alberca en el rooftop y un gimnasio bastante grande con aparatos de la excelente calidad, así como bicicletas para salir a dar la vuelta por Tulum. La lavandería es un plus muy necesario. Por otro lado, la anfitriona siempre estuvo al pendiente con cualquier duda que tenía y todas las recomendaciones que nos dieron fueron de gran utilidad, conocimos increíbles lugares.

Muy lindo lugar, privado, con buena acústica por los ruidos exteriores, amenities comfortables, la pileta del balcón realmente vale la estadía.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super! Sehr sauber, aufgeräumt, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der Rooftop-Pool ist grandios! Sie ist zwar etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber man kann sich in der Nähe Räder leihen und Tulum bequem abfahren. Auch eine Wäscherei, diverse Restaurants waren in der Nähe (allerdings etwas teurer als der Durchschnitt, dafür sehr schick).

I have been many times in Tulum, but this was the best Airbnb I ever lived in. It was a beautiful and spacious garden, with a lot of plants, a great pool (much nicer than on the fotos.) And just two other apartments. So you have a lot og space for yourself to make yoga or cook outside. Also the property is very close to La Veleta, but stil quiet and surrounded by the jungle. Wherever you look, it is green. And the birds wake you up in the morning. Alejandro is a nice host, very polite and friendly. I will stay longer till June.

el lugar es muy bonito, limpio, acogedor, ordenado, tiene todo lo indispensable de cocina o puedo decir cosas de más, útiles para preparar alimentos. Es totalmente recomendado, un servicio excelente 😍.

I stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed my stay. I was travelling by myself so the space was perfect for me. The rooftop pool and gym were such a nice bonus and were both very quiet. There is a bit of construction outside, but that didn’t affect my stay at all. There’s some shops and restaurants in walking distance, but I would definitely recommend getting your own wheels to explore other areas of Tulum and go to the beach. The hosts were all very responsive and I really enjoyed my stay. Will rebook here when coming back to Tulum.
