We enjoyed the time in the bungalow very much. The accommodation was very clean and the location is perfect if you love nature and like to hike. It is very quiet and you can relax perfectly in this place. The host was very friendly and was always quick to reach. We recommend this accommodation and wish the hosts all the best. Very friendly hostess, house and garden with life and history. And there is much to discover in the garden with a beautiful view of the fjord. Unfortunately, we only had one night and no time to explore Trondheim

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!
