Holiday rentals with a patio in Triana, Seville

We had a fantastic stay at Gracia’s! Stefan was very personable, super helpful, and proactive with recommendations. He went out of his way to book us tickets for the Flamenco and delivered them to us whilst we were out and about doing touristy things. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of amenities and the air con and fans came in handy for those 40°+ days! Sleeping was comfortable and peaceful and the showers were powerful with no problems getting hot. The location was great, just off the main strip so quiet but close to everything we needed - everything you need within a ten minute walk. Sevilla was beautiful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and coming from the London this was a very nice, welcomed surprise 😆 Thank you for the stay

We really enjoyed our month staying in Elvira’s apartment. The location was brilliant - in a quiet, authentically Spanish area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away with the city centre just over the river. There is also a bus stop outside the apartment with a cheap, regular service. The apartment is as it looks in the photos - simply furnished with all you need for a short stay. And the terrace is spacious with a big table to eat outside and enjoy the sunny weather. Elvira was responsive to all our enquiries.

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. Great apartment for 4 persons or a family. There are 2 bedrooms one on ground floor (might be very noise during the night). I would recommend bringing ear plugs for a peaceful sleep. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave luggage before checkin time. I would book again without hesitation.

We loved our stay! Veronica was very responsive and accommodating. She allowed us to leave our bags after checkout time which was helpful for our travel day. Located less than 5 minutes from a bus stop.

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

You could not ask for a better location! Daniel’s apartment is absolutely beautiful with a unique Seville design. You can tell each piece of furniture and art were thoughtfully chosen and really add to the ambiance. It’s only steps away from the Cathedral and Alcazar as well. I could actually hear the Alcazar garden peacocks from the rooftop terraces. Daniel kindly left us a bottle of wine to welcome us and provided recommendations for many restaurants nearby (although you do have your choice of cafés just out the door). Isabel met us to show us around and give some quick instructions for the place. The beds/pillows in each bedroom were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A large fan was provided in the main bedroom which helped to drown out most of the outside noise of cars and horse hooves going by. There are two nice terraces, one perfect for coffee in the mornings or wine in the evenings and a second perfect for viewing the cathedral or a sunset. I highly recommend!

House was lovely! Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely return & recommend to friends.

Wow wow one of the best Airbnbs we've ever taken. Where to start? I'll start with the cleanliness, number 1, super clean, a new apartment, very well renovated, up to date, kitchen, nothing missing, well stocked to make meals, the bed super comfortable, even the bunk bed, very practical, it's a kids friendly apartment, good for a family of 5, there is a beautiful terrace for sunbathing or having a coffee, an easy to access apartment with strollers, no stairs or heights, so perfect for children, for parking we easily found on the street. to finish, the hosts were nice, they let us come in rather, so it was super fun. Finally, thank you for the nice gesture of the chocolate and cookies to welcome us. Thank you again and I highly recommend this Airbnb. Don't hesitate, because it's in a great location, not far from all the attractions of Seville.

This was one of the most amazing airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Auxi was so unbelievably helpful and made our time in seville amazing!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Monica’s place. The location was great, very close to the train station. The rooftop terrace was massive, such a treat. Monica was such a friendly, proactive, and thoughtful host. She made us feel at home and we can’t recommend this place enough!
