Loft holiday rentals in Triana, Seville

We were in the apartment for 4 nice days, little noise from the street but a bit annoying that they were renovating the neighboring house, a lot of noise from there. The apartment was large and practical, with plenty of space.

The apartment was a dream to be in. We felt right at home. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was really great! Everything was available and we were able to cook delicious meals. Many small things were also thought of, such as detergent, local beer, ... There is a supermarket, a good bus stop, Torneo (this is not shown in Google Maps - line C4, which goes directly to the city) and also some parking spaces that are nearby, all within 5 minutes. The Setas are about 30 minutes' walk away. We can more than recommend the apartment.

Beautiful home just outside the neighborhood of Santa Cruz made this a perfect spot for a trip to Seville. Gemma was fantastic, with quick responses, great communication and was clearly invested in ensuring we had a comfortable stay. All in all would highly recommend staying here!

Well thought of apartment we felt at home

Wonderful, small apartment with everything you need for a city trip. You just can't be sensitive to noise, the street is always loud. We were always totally exhausted in the evening, so it hardly bothered us, but without it you need earplugs. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation. Thank you, Susana😘

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was in an amazing location and had a view on the Setas - a great surprise for us. After the sun went down, it was nice to be able to sit on the balcony. Only thing was that there was a small ant problem in the kitchen when we arrived, but it was quickly solved. But would 100% recommend this place if you go to Sevilla!

Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The place was clean and the host even offered us some things, like coffee and water, and helped us a lot with information about the area. Everything was amazing and I highly recommend staying at this house.

Excellent stay! The apartment is perfectly located, well-equipped, and everything was just as described. Truly a great place to explore Sevilla from. The only thing worth noting is the garage — it’s quite tight. I was driving a BMW wagon, and parking was extremely challenging. I honestly don’t think a large SUV would fit. However, for smaller cars, it should be no problem. We didn’t use the bikes provided, but it was a nice touch to have them available. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sevilla.

The place is just like in the photos, easy to check in, very quiet area, clean and pleasant to be in, at night you can rest very well, there are no noises, etc. The person I wrote to was super attentive to the reception and departure (any questions I had). I have no complaints and I would return...

We had a great stay right in the middle of Seville. This is a fantastic rooftop apartment fitted out to a high standard. The host was extremely helpful and was available in person for much of the day and always responsive by messaging.

Adela met us at check-in and went through all the amenities of the apartment. The moment we entered, we gasped at how charmingly beautiful it was. Filled with antiques and heirlooms, Adela told us her family history and the stories behind the gorgeous piano and furnishings. She couldn't have been kinder. Once to ourselves, we began our month stay to completely immerse ourselves in Spanish culture and life. Everything was walking distance and the streets are flat. The kitchen was perfectly adequate, all utensils and dishes clean. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, but that took longer than the laundromat around the corner so we went there, also part of our immersive experience. The views from the windows were of wonderful old buildings, but privacy was respected. One concern was the front door to the building- not the apt - did not shut completely, making it possible for outsiders to enter. The building owners were working on it when we left. We loved our stay! Five stars!!
