Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Triana, Seville

Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

Very nice place in an excellent location

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

Very well located apartment, in a quiet alley and not overlooked. Close to the Place de la Promenade d'Hercule, filled with bars and good restaurants and very lively. Main attractions about 20 minutes' walk. The apartment is perfect for a couple, the host is responsive and accurate.

Beautiful, clean and homely apartment for our group of 8. It’s split on 3 floors so you have the whole building. Great views from the terrace and overlooking the river. AC worked well as it was 41 degrees outside. There is a fruit market next door and we walked to all the local sights easily. A big thank you to Manuel who greeted us to check in. He was really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with a separate issue which was unrelated to the apartment. We all enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Manuel’s place was great for our stay in Seville! It is located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of great bars and restaurants and very accessible to all the major attractions in Seville. The place itself is beautiful and very spacious! Manuel was a great host, responsive, very friendly and sent us lots of recommendations! Would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect! The apartment has everything you need. The bedroom is so spacious and airy! The balcony is an added bonus! We loved our stay here and would stay again when returning to Sevilla. Ignacio was so helpful and responsive! The best trip! Stay and fall in love with Sevilla!

Lovely peaceful location. We were given clear instructions how to access the accommodation the day before our arrival. Everything we needed for our 4 night stay was there. Walkable distance to everything.

Eric and Ruth are outstanding hosts. Always approachable with quick answers, lots of personal recommendations for companies and especially restaurants and tapas bars. The apartment is fantastic, but quietly located. Everything as described and fully equipped. A clear recommendation - and we will definitely come back!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our visit to Seville. Your apartment was very central and convenient for exploring. We loved the Royal Alcazar and the gardens were stunning and it was lovely to see the peacocks. We climbed the Giralda tower and loved the Plaza de Espana and seeing the beautiful tiles everywhere. We went to the Setas de Seville at sunset and it was amazing then had a drink in a rooftop bar overlooking it. We also went to the Casa de Pilatos and loved its garden too. We had some lovely tapas meals and Emma met her cousin and we had a typical Spanish meal with them - cold soup similar to Gazpacho followed by paella. Thank you again for the lovely stay.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Sevilla! We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment near the cathedral. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Seville, within easy walking distance to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was really nice: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely roof terrace—perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We were warmly welcomed by our host, Irene, who was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly helpful, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seville!

We had a lovely stay at Miguel's. The apartment is ideal for 4 people with 2 bathrooms and as described in a quiet residence. Easy access and Miguel is responsive to messages The roof terrace is a real plus with a very nice viewpoint of Triana and Seville and its hot tub. Conveniently located, with restaurants, cafes and the covered market just 20mm from the main tourist points of interest. We'll be happy to come back

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

This is the perfect spot to stay to be able to walk to all the major tourist attractions, grocery stores, shopping and bars and restaurants. The street itself is very quiet which was great for sleeping or taking a break after a busy day before going back out for dinner. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the bathroom is roomy and modern and equipped with a great hair dryer. There are several umbrellas handy for a rainy day. The mattress was a bit too soft for us and we would have liked more support for our backs but everyone is different so it could be fine for some and not for others. Amelia was great at communicating. We would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Fabulous place to stay while visiting Seville. Great location, able to walk to all the major locations. It was clean, great kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice back private deck to sit and eat breakfast and lunch. Easy check-in and private garage for parking. Market across the street, small grocery store next door and fabulous bakery across the street. Love the accommodations and would stay again.

We met Auxi at 12.00 to drop off our suitcase and pick up the keys while the team were cleaning which was really helpful. They showed us around explaining all the lighting and air conditioning / heating. The apartment was exactly as the pictures and description - tasteful and clean. Beds and living area were comfortable. They now have a nespresso machine which was very handy. We quickly realised it was the best location for exploring Seville - everything was in walking distance. We love our 5 day trip in Seville and the apartment - would recommend.
