Holiday rentals with a patio in Seville

Location is amazing. Quiet street round the corner from the Cathedral and local restaurants and shops. Hosts are helpful and responsive. Apartment is newly renovated and the decor is premium (it’s a REALLY nice airbnb) it is also very well equipped (ironing board, dry rack, kitchen etc). A few repairs need to be addressed at the end of the season (feels like it was finished in a rush) but nothing that will severely impact a stay. Lovely place - I’d book again for sure.

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. The location is in the centre and exactly where the town gets lively. House itself is beautiful and extremely clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in Seville.

Jose was a fantastic host, extremely welcoming and kind. His place is tucked away from chaos but incredibly close to central Seville. The place honestly looked better than the photos, would love to visit again!

Excellent with lots of space. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of beds for all with a bed to spare. Very cute in-house court yard. Well equipped kitchen, great to have the washer. 15 minutes walk to Plaza de España. Accessible host with quick response time via whats app. Clear instructions. Would enjoy staying at the same place when we are in Seville in the future.

Ana was amazing through the whole planning process, super helpful with recommendations of what to do in the space. The house was set up incredibly well for the group with small touches throughout. The perfect location for a fun but relaxing weekend away with friends.

Our stay has been great. The house is cozy and comes with everything you need. The situation is very comfortable both for routes/visits in the same village, and to explore the surrounding area. It's a great area to visit! José María is a great host, attentive and communicative both before and during the stay. ¡Para repeat!

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, you feel very good there. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very appreciable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car). Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a great stay, thank you Marilo!

Perfect place to stay ! Close to everything

Cozy apartment with all the necessities. Carolina always attended to me immediately and was very attentive. I chose the location because it was close to work, but I was right because it is perfect for resting and being calm. Would choose it again.

Beautiful home in a amazing location

This was one of the most amazing airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Auxi was so unbelievably helpful and made our time in seville amazing!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Monica’s place. The location was great, very close to the train station. The rooftop terrace was massive, such a treat. Monica was such a friendly, proactive, and thoughtful host. She made us feel at home and we can’t recommend this place enough!
