The cottage is perfect for exploring the local beaches and beautiful country side. The ferry to Padstow from Rock was very convenient and the beaches are dog friendly and so pretty. We've loved our short but relaxing stay

Cosy, clean and comfortable! Was a great base for a wedding weekend in Rock. Short drive to lovely Polzeath beach and to Rock, and loads of choices for food. We liked the friendly blackbird that sits on the fence. Joanne was a helpful and responsive host would reccommend to anyone

Rachel's place in Rock is perfect bolthole for a weekend away. Centrally located in Rock and tucked away peacefully at the end of her garden is beautiful, bright and peaceful. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the place is finished to an incredibly high standard. I'd highly recommend staying with Rachel, she was a brilliant host!

We were all so happy with the house and everything in there was perfect. The children loved the garden and played happily and safely with their games. Caroline and Lance had made so many provisions for us with toiletries in every bathroom and extras in the kitchen for cooking. We were overwhelmed with the 2 extra treats 1) on a chilly evening we lit a gorgeous log fire and 2) on a warm evening we had everything we needed for a barbecue 🩷 amazing evening in the garden. Difficult to walk the roads as quite busy and with 3 small children we opted to drive to most places which were close. Plenty of convenient car parks which were a reasonable price. We loved the beaches and the younger members of the family couldn’t get enough of the surfing 🏄‍♂️. A very special happy family holiday, many thanks Carline and Lance.
