Located just above Port Quin, 1 mile from Port Isaac (as the crow flys). Open plan barn conversion, spacious living area and lovely sunny outside seating area. 10 mins walk to Port Quin and the coastpath. 35 mins walk to Port Isaac on the inland footpath. 10 mins drive to the surf at Polzeath. A great base to explore either on foot or by car.

A lovely contemporary studio first-floor apartment, very close to the centre of Wadebridge and famous Camel Trail. We are in a private lane, so off-road parking and virtually no traffic going past.
