Very good hosts, the attention at the reception and farewell was very kind, the airbnb was very clean and with everything they mention, 100% recommended.

Excellent location, cleanliness, service and more. Near the accommodation is the Plaza Cristal, among other large businesses, the bus terminal and the UV medical school. But the best thing is the hospitality and kindness of the man who hands over the keys, a super nice person and always attentive to the guest and his wife very attentive too, the host very accessible and attentive to messages Clean bathroom, clean kitchen, in general everything clean, I think the air conditioning needs maintenance because it did not cool enough but it has a fan that also helps to keep the room a little cold. Room 10 out of 10, all my appreciation to the host and of course I would stay at the place again. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😁 🙌

We visited Papantla for just one night, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was great, super nice, comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location, a few blocks from downtown. On our next visit, we will definitely stay with Ana Lilia again.

Ivan's house is amazing. It is perfect for a family or a spacious place for two. I love the detail (e.g. there was complimentary water in each room as a welcome. And in the showers they put enough shampoo) These details seem very nice to me. The neighbors (two families with their little chic shops) are very nice. The whole area feels very quiet. Everyone greets you and you don't hear any cars at night. If you need a big house to rest, this is super cool. It looks like a residential villa. take into account that there are many taxis in the center - there is no uber in the city (in case you ask for a taxi I recommend you to say the area called "Colonia Zaragoza" since there are 3 streets in Papantla with the same street name. In total, I give this apartment 10/10 stars. Thank you Ivan for the accommodation.
