Holiday rentals with a patio in Torridge District

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline's annex. Cosy place in a great location. Great for our dogs. Caroline is a great host and we would love to visit again.

My mother and father in law stayed at the Annexe while visiting the area. Communication from Ted and Kate was exemplary - timely and always in a warm and courteous manner. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The annexe was immaculately clean, homely and within a quiet location with lovely views. Some very thoughtful finishing touches also such as milk and some snacks. They said they had everything they needed and couldn’t have wished for anything better. They won’t hesitate to stay again and can’t speak highly enough of their stay. Many thanks!

Perfect location for those exploring Barry Island. Host were friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fantastic. Room was exactly what we needed. Clean and tidy. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Garden was lovely for a coffee if a morning. We especially liked the free and included doggy cuddles. ❤️ The only downside was having to leave. Couldn’t ask for a better stay! My partner and I brought our newborn on his first holiday here to Torbay. We were somewhat anxious about it, but Susan went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and provide everything we needed. The property is stunning, everything is to the best quality, it’s better than most 5 star hotels. We will definitely be back, and would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely - the open plan living room and kitchen was perfect to get together. The place was very bright and had a lovely outdoor space. It’s a perfect location for walking and to reach the beaches nearby.

Jo met us on arrival and explained everything about the flat. she is a brilliant host with lovely accomodation and to have a parking space in Bude is brilliant. we hope to return.

5 stars I had a lovely stay at Maria’s caravan at Lufflands. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break in the Cornish countryside. The caravan was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Maria was a great host—friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit patchy at times, but that’s to be expected in such a rural setting. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d happily return!

We had a wonderful stay at the cosy cottage. The first hours unfortunately were quite cold, because the house wasn’t heated when we arrived. But we escaped into the warm jacuzzi :) When the house was warmed up it was perfect. The surroundings are beautiful, you can do great walks in and around Lee. We totally recommend it!

What a beautiful little spot enjoyed every last minute 5star accommodation and location will be returning in the future.

This place is a little bit of heaven. Alex and Jules were just lovely , made you feel so comfortable and at home immediately. We were looking for a break to simply chill and the Banyan Tree was absolutely perfect for this. We are leaving with heavy hearts as really don't want to leave but all good things come to an end. Cannot recommend this place enough ...we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Clean, great views, peaceful setting and a perfect base for walking the south west coast path. Ken and Laura were excellent hosts and gave us lots of local information. We hope to return again soon. Highly recommend.

We were very happy, Robbie (host) was very helpful, provided detailed and easy to follow instructions and the house was exactly as described. The location on the cusp of the Devon and Cornish boarder is perfect if you want to visit each region. A short drive away from Bude and other great places, such as Clovelly. Robbie had left brownies, bread and provided other staple goods when we arrived, which was a lovely gesture.

We had an excellent stay at Clare’s place in Braunton. We were attending a wedding at a local venue but decided on a longer stay to explore the area - very glad that we did! The air BnB had a great kitchen and living area, well equipped with everything that you would need, and had a lovely outdoor space. The bed was also very comfy which is always a bonus! The location is ideal, a short drive away from Saunton Sands, and slightly further to Croyde where we had some lovely food and watched the sunset on the beach. Clare / Jane were really helpful with instructions and directions to the property, and left a number of useful numbers and recommendations in the air BnB which helped a lot! Would certainly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit the north Devon coast!

Great place to stay, 2nd time for us, great views and 5 mins walk to centre and beach, apartment is lovely, everything you need and very clean and comfortable, we have dogs so it’s great there is a porch to clean them off and also a bit of outside space for them in the morning, will definitely book here again.

This was our third time staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and in a great location. Paul and Wendy are very friendly and helpful hosts. We love coming here to relax and walk. We can safely park up the car on the drive and not have to use it again until we leave, as there are lots of nice places to visit on foot, good restaurants and cafes.

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

This really is a gem of a place. So stylish yet homely. It is off a fairly bisy road, but you didn’t notice that at all when inside. It’s a little oasis with a beautifully mature garden. We slept really well and would stay here again without any questions. Parking was super easy too.

Fantastic stay, David was a great host with brilliant communication. The apartment was clean and well decorated with everything we needed. Small beach round the corner which the kids loved and a 30min walk into Ilfracome. Would definitely recommend.

Duncan was an amazing host and very helpful and friendly. The Airbnb was absolutely stunning and included all the little essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, kitchenware, shampoo/conditioner/soap, ironing board/iron, and more. Duncan was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Definitely recommend.
