A really lovely bolthole where you can relax and unwind.

So lucky to have found this little treasure and so lucky with the weather so we could make the most of the little secluded sun spot outside of the Cabin Lovely views ,Cabin well equipped ,clean and comfortable ,we stayed for 2nights ut could easily stayed a few more . Loved our little morming visit from Holly the family Golden Retriever too! Would definitely stay again

This is our 5th time staying at The Glade. Myself, my son and our pooch love it there. Its so private, quiet and i love to sit amongst the wildlife and bird watch. A nice walk in the woods right beside the hut or just a chilled swing in the hammock. It is our favourite place to unwind. I love how everytime we visit the surroundings look different with the ever changing wildlife. It is as beautiful in winter and rain as it is in the sun and summer. Autumn has to be my favourite. Juliet is a lovely host and is not intrusive in the slightest. However she is very responsive if you need anything. We had a lovely chat this time whilst i was sat bird watching and she told me about a few birds she had seen. What can i say if you need to unwind then this is the place. Comfortable, quiet, homely and warm.

We loved our stay in the shepherd's hut. We wanted a peaceful escape surrounded by nature and it was exactly that. We were rained in for one day but it ended up being our favourite experience- the hut is so cosy, everything you need is to hand, and we could sit and watch the scenery for hours. On the sunnier days there is a short walk to the coast path and the views of the coastline. The toilet and shower is the perfect set up, we also loved the outside bath and the wood stove.

Peaceful and quiet location with sheep and alpaca in the neighbouring fields. Sitting outside the shepherds hut we could see the sea in the distance - same view from the hot tub. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything that we needed for our short break.

Such a beautiful spot, so peaceful and remote yet within easy distances of some great places. The hot tub was a big hit with our 3 year old. Absolutely loved it. Thank you

A great little secluded hideaway very close to the sea and coastal paths. Bed was super comfy too. Lots of places to visit nearby including quaint harbours, such as Mevagissey, for fish and chips and/or Cornish ice-creams and of course the fabulous Lost Gardens of Heligan are a great place to spend an entire day. Our hostess Jules was quick and friendly when responding to my queries too. Would definitely recommend.

The place and hosts (Jon & Maddy) were simply amazing. It was actually the best spot you can get in Tintagle, with walking distance to the castle as well to the town and beach. Lots of beautiful coastal walks, hikes and perfect spot to catch surreal sunsets and moon sights. The cabin itself was very cosy and comfortable. Jon and Maddy had welcomed us with delicious scones and jam which we thought was very kind gesture. One of the best and peaceful place we’ve stayed in, and definitely recommended to anyone who loves nature, walks, hikes and just peaceful gateway.

We had such a wonderful stay for my partners birthday, Clive went the extra mile to make us feel welcome by putting up some birthday decorations and leaving us some treats for when we arrived. It's a perfect place to get away and unwind in nature, we were always surrounded by animals whether it was Norman the cat visiting during a bbq, hanging out with the goats, or watching the ducks drift about in the stream while relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you very much to Clive and Nikki for hosting us. I cannot recommend Kingfisher enough, we truly had an amazing time :)

We booked Lilliput very last minute to get a warm and dry nights sleep after a miserable few days camping, everything was just as described and exactly what we needed, Thankyou!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Even better than the pictures. After having stressful Jons as a nurse and firefighter it’s amazing at how relaxed and distressful it was. Having the bath outside you don’t feel overlooked or watched in. Andrew and his wife has thought of everything, all I would say is take a tripod for your phone as you will want to take so many pictures. Would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend to family and friends

Just a brief stay at Sun Drift, but it was lovely. Fantastic rural location just a short drive to beautiful beaches and the amenities in Braunton. The cabin is located on Susie and Stuart’s drive, but they were very respectful of our privacy. Cabin is very stylish but comfy and welcoming

We had such an amazing time staying at Kalmynsi & Mel is an awesome host! We arrived late at night & she left the light on & gave clear instructions on how to find it. The room was immaculate, comfy & perfect for our needs. A mini fridge with water & milk in when we arrived. Fully stocked tea & coffee, & a packet of Cornish shortbread. Plenty of plates & cutlery cunningly put away in a draw, & loads of glasses & other hot tub necessities in a hidden cupboard behind the bed! All instructions you need in the handbook so very easy to find everything we needed! Camelford is easy walking distance with some great food choices. Easy access to most of Cornwall, with Boscastle & Tintagel really close by. The hot tub is amazing!! On all the time so you can just jump in & relax! Perfect after a day walking! All in all this is a perfect little get away. We had a wonderful time & got engaged in the rain on top of Tintagel castle! Obviously that isn’t guaranteed but Mel’s hospitality is!

Wow - the most beautiful cabin! The owners really have thought of everything, even a toy for our dog 🥰. The garden is enclosed which was perfect for our dog to run around. The hot tub was really hot on arrival, the bath and shower facilities are stunning. We will 100% be visiting again.

The cottage was really nice and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They give us great tips for restaurants and pubs around Exeter.

Absolutely beautiful location. Very tasteful decor. So cosy and weather tight ( we had very strong winds & torrential rain but we were safe & cosy in the cabin). Stunning views and perfect for a walk to Bantham & lunch in the sloop inn! We definitely will return

Our stay at this charming seaside cabin was magical, breathtaking views whilst listening to the sound of the waves all day made for a perfect escape and a well earned reset. Everything within the cabin made it feel like home from home and we could not fault the attention to detail, thanks to Louise we had a great couple of days. Spent a lovely few days at the shepherds hut. Very peaceful and quiet. Hut was also perfect, thank you!

It’s one of the nicest Shepard Hut’s we’ve stayed in.. beautifully laid out… felt we had plenty of room even with our Lab. Everything seemed brand new… especially loved the bathroom … immaculate!. Fired up the hot-tub.. which worked a treat!…. so relaxing on our last night. Would recommend a meal at the Kings Arms at Georgeham 👌🏻 and we had a tasty lunch at The Thatch in Croyde … all in all a great start to our holiday 😊

We had a lovely minimoon at Byron ans Georgie's. Stunning surroundings with hilarious commentary from the local sheep and cows. The facilities were brilliant with the suana and wood fired hot tub! Little kitchen was perfect for light cooking and the book of local recommendations was very helpful. Such a pleasure to wake up to such a pristine view and know you could be in the suana asap. Byron and Georigie were helpful and kept us in the loop about local event which might have effected our trips out. All in all a perfect spot to unwind after our wedding!

Suzanne's chalet was absolutely beautiful! The location is stunning and the chalet was perfect for us - tastefully decorated to a really high standard, cozy, and immaculately clean. We loved listening to the waves at night and the bottle of fizz in the fridge was a lovely touch. After exploring the local fishing villages we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. Highly recommend - we didn't want to leave!

Emma was a fantastic host, great communication, friendly and made everything easy for us and couldn’t do enough. We had an amazing stay at the honeysuckle Shepard’s hut, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub and the pizza oven were an excellent treat. This place is highly recommended, thank you so much for making our stay experience enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time in the little barn. It was very peaceful with beautiful views. Geeta and Peter are excellent hosts. They were very helpful and obliging. Everyone was very friendly in the village too. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Simon’s hut was great. It was very pleasant and relaxing and was exactly what we were looking for. We loved waking up to the geese in the pond who had just hatched some chicks a few weeks before and of course a special mention to the friendliest cat -Willow! We could not recommend this stay enough: thank you!
