Monthly Rentals in Topanga Beach

Sara's place was just as described in the listing & pictures, perfect for my wife and I during our month-long visit. The suite is thoughtfully laid out with a useful kitchen (including dishwasher), comfortable living area with TV, in-unit washer & dryer, and even a small outdoor patio area. The location was quite accessible to local stores and restaurants and the 101 freeway. Sara was super responsive in all her communication, even bringing over some extra kitchen items for us to cook. The air conditioning was both effective and quiet (July does get toasty in SoCal.) Would definitely recommend both the space as well as Sara as a host!

This studio is perfect and definitely cozy. I spent the holidays here and it couldn't have been better. It feels safe and even though I didn't have parking ...there is plenty of street parking. I recommend staying here especially long term..I stayed 2 months and I already miss it. I would definitely stay again. oh and the neighbors keep to themselves..it's perfect

Mike is an absolutely fantastic host. I ended up breaking my foot and had to cancel the majority of my stay, and, though he could have held me to the full reservation, he was awesome about it and helped me get some money back for the portion of the stay that was cancelled. I cannot recommend Mike and his Airbnb more.

Me and my infant son enjoyed Kevin’s place. It’s within walking distance to Venice beach but far enough away for peace and quiet. The layout is wonderful with two identically sized bedrooms with super comfy beds and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! Kitchen and living room combo is easy to navigate. Just mins from major through way for shopping and restaurants as well. Definitely a must stay spot when in Venice! And the onsite parking spot is clutch!
