Monthly Rentals in Toledo

Stayed here for about a month. Great place, safe and quiet. The rooms and kitchen were clean and well furnished. Nhuan is super nice and responded quickly. Would recommend this place!

Accommodation made last minute for a family emergency and Vanessa approved it immediately to ensure my family had a place to sleep! Would stay again if I am in the area!

Easy to find. Centrally located. Clean. Not the best for someone who works midnight shift as there are other guests and someone was talking very loudly on speaker phone at 10 am. I wear earplugs and have a sound machine and it still woke me up. I guess just be aware that you might have several other roommates and there is no host on site. The space had plenty of amenities and was comfortable. Lots of shopping in the area. Overall the value is not the best for me solely based on the check in time of 6 pm and check out at 11 am. I work midnights so I have to book 2 extra days which really drives up the price for me to stay here. I’ve found other hosts who are more flexible on the times. My usual place was booked so I decided to give this one a shot. It would be a good value for someone who works dayshift or is not in town for business maybe. Even hotels have a check in time of 3:00 pm and offer early check in/late check out.

Where do we begin? Was it the great communication with Daniel? The beautiful street? The stunning house? The spotless, Beautifully furnished interior? The standard of the furnishings? How safe and secure we felt? Any of my these qualities could come 1st on the list of things that made our stay so perfect. We loved every part of our stay and can’t wait to stay there again.
