A great place to stay! I felt a bit like we were in an old school BnB, very cozy. The room had everything you need and the bathroom was big! The hosts are very nice and responsive. I agree with the listing title of "Wooded Oasis" because it is a very peaceful, quiet and private location - but not too far from campus or downtown.
