Monthly Rentals in Tice

The house was perfect for our quick golf trip to the Fort Myers area. It was close to I-75 so it was easy to get to places like Napes or Punta Gorda. The house was clean, well kept, and worked great for our group of 4 people. We were also able to walk and go for a run in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The attention to detail makes this place really stand out. Coffee, snacks, bottled water, toiletries are all there waiting for you. She even has new toothbrushes should you forget yours. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There’s Pool floats, beach towels, etc. love that I didn’t have to bring the extras! she also has suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Will definitely rent this home next time I visit. Gorgeous views too!

Gene was just incredible from before I rented through the month I stayed. He went out of his way to work with my situation—planned rental was canceled and I was scrambling. Their home is just perfectly appointed for a long term stay, for business or vacation. They have everything laid out in such a meticulous way that it made my stay extremely enjoyable. The Paseo community itself is also amazing! Salt water lagoon and lap pools, gym, tiki bar, movie theater! You could really just never leave the community! Thank you so much for an incredible stay Gene & I hope I can stay with you again next year!
