Holiday rentals with a hot tub in The Gulch, Nashville

I had such a great experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Johnathan /Kenneth was responsive and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again. Calvin and Allie's home is exactly as described. I took my family for a few days, and we absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculate, and they were incredibly responsive throughout our visit. One day, we didn’t even leave the house because the kids were having so much fun in the pool! I highly recommend their home as a Nashville retreat—we would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to the area.

This was my second time to rent one of the spaces at 1704 Blair Blvd. We love these rentals! The space is as pictured and wonderful, the beds are super comfy, the location is excellent, and the host is fabulous. I am sure I will be back again!

Myself and 7 friends stayed for my bachelor party. The place was close enough to walk to broadway and was in a super convenient location. Host was extremely accommodating and were super helpful throughout the stay we had. Place was super clean and provided us a great home base for myself and my friends. We would not hesitate to come back here again! Thankyou again!

Maulik was an AMAZING host! He was very responsive & friendly. Place was beautiful! Perfect for us for the 4 day CMA fest. Well equipped kitchen & loved grilling on the rooftop. Top notch! Highly recommend!

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

Skyline Speakeasy was more than amazing. Absolutely beautiful, well appointed and spacious!!! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Easy access to highway, main roads and just a short drive to downtown. Nice neighborhood area that makes it very walkable. This home too is well equipped with all you could need in the kitchen and is set up with all things you would need for your first few days stay. Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, etc. Truly first class all the way. Alyssa was very responsive to any questions- we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to our next visit at Skyline Speakeasy.

Our stay at the Lyric Lane Cabin was perfect in every way. The house is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. It’s hard to capture in photos how stunning the property is. There is a beautiful view from every corner of the house or porch. It’s secluded but feels incredibly safe. The home is very well lit from the exterior. We had a mobile hibachi chef come out for dinner on the deck one night, and it was a night we will never forget! It was the perfect house for our girls weekend. Everyone was in agreement that they would love to come back again!

Very peaceful. Very clean. Very cozy! It was a perfect getaway to escape the nightlife of downtown. The hosts were more than happy to communicate when we needed. 10/10

We stayed at this large, beautiful home just outside of Nashville and absolutely loved it. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed inside. The views were stunning — the kind that make you pause and just take it all in. While it wasn’t exactly close to shops or restaurants, the peaceful setting and scenery more than made up for it. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely come back!

Whatever you seek, Billy Goat cabin is probably the place you’re looking for! Some of the most thoughtful, friendly and kind owners we’ve ever stayed with. They make sure their guests are taken care of and more - we had a sweet personalized message and fresh eggs for us upon arrival. There is clearly a lot of thought put into the decor of the cabin - it feels like home. The beautiful grounds were perfect for disconnecting from it all and relaxing, and the chickens and goats were adorable. A plus is that it’s only 30-40 minutes from Nashville, and around an hour and a half from Manmoth Cave too! Would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

Didn’t get time to check out a lot of the property just because of rain, but everything we saw was beautiful, and the house was super cozy so staying in was nice too. Had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My friends and I especially loved the pool and hot tub — such a fun way to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was also perfect; it felt private and peaceful, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
