Pet-friendly holiday rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

We had a great time & absolutely felt right at home! It was a quick uber to downtown & easy to find!

It was a great place. Downtown attractions (~5min), zoo (~8min) and the opry (~12min) are quick drives making the location great for coming and going to things all day - even coming back for a quick rest between excursions. Each room having its own bathroom was a time saver in getting all of us out of the house in the mornings. Loved the place and would stay again with our group (adults, young adults and teen)

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Overall the place was good and convenient to the graduation venue. suggestion the living room furniture you can feel wood when you sit on it so I am suggesting it's time to get some more furniture. The grass was a little bit higher than my liking it was a past my ankles kind of high.

Great stay at a walkable distance from downtown Nashville! Fun decor and very comfortable.

Host was very friendly and was helpful with the last minute booking. Place had a playpen and was very child friendly. Only thing I would say is making the linens for the pullout a little easier to find and maybe a topper as the bed is super thin however it was a great place to sleep and rest from a long drive.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!

Had a great stay with a big group of girls. It had everything we needed and the pool was great! Very clean. A couple things were missing - sheets for the pullout and a cutting board - and the hosts went and got them and brought them to us. Great and responsive hosts, good area, walkable to Broadway if you’re up for it (30 mins or so). The only thing is that the bunk bed in the second bedroom is REALLY high and doesn’t feel super secure. Overall great spot!

The Airbnb was perfect. I really have nothing bad to say. There was everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to coffee shops and restaurants and walkable to Broadway. Great experience.

This is a beautiful place to stay! You will not regret it. Everything you can imagine is available for your stay. I would totally do an extended stay here. Everything’s pristine!! 10/10 would recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Alece’s place! The space was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved exploring the adorable neighborhood which offers a quiet retreat once you’ve had your fill of downtown Nashville. The neighbors were very quiet, with the exception of a little barking from the dog next door. This didn’t bother us as we are up early and love animals. Perfect hotel alternative. Could not recommend more!

Easily communicated with us, and house was as expected with easy check in. Close to everything.

Great place to stay. About a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. Close to Old Smoky and there is a restaurant across the street. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed Michelle's place, very cozy and unexpectedly quiet for the downtown location with great parking! Amazing historic neighborhood, walking distance to amenities and a 10 minute drive gets you most places in Nashville. Michelle was super friendly and responsive, we will be back!

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

This place was fantastic, very nice interior and exterior. big bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice the only thing missing was a pizza cutter. LOL. We love that it was in walking distance to everything. Restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. The only issue we had was getting in the first time. Directions were complicated and not very clear. You are already out of your element and for a little while I felt like I was not going to get in. I still don't understand the code thing at the silver call box. When I reached out to the host she responded and was helpful. Understanding the directions was more than likely user error. Not to date myself I would have preferred a more personal way of getting in. overall this was a beautiful place right in the middle of everything. One other little note is that the couch was way too close to the floor and with my bad knees I was not able to get up after sitting down without help, so I didn't get to sit on the couch just the kitchen chair

The condo was very clean, well maintained and quiet. Gated parking was a nice plus. Very easy and accessible with security codes. We would definitely stay there again. Linda was a great host. Thank you.
