Holiday rentals with a fireplace in The Gulch, Nashville

Wow! What a fantastic home! Super clean and the beds were very comfortable! The upper deck was a great place to chill and relax. The location was walkable to great restaurants and we did walk to Broadway once before dark. Uber / Lyft was always available and not very expensive as it was a fairly quick drive. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood. We were thankful for the secured covered "garage" around back when we saw there may be a hail storm overnight. Would definitely recommend this beautiful well kept home! This was a great stay for 6 adults. My siblings and our spouses. It is located on a quiet street. The parking was quite convenient in the back. The house was clean and the open concept living was perfect. The dining table/pool table was a nice feature and on the rainy days and evenings we played. The screened in porch was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening outdoors without dealing with bugs. The drive to Broadway was only about 10 minutes away. We highly recommend this location.

A Hidden Gem in Germantown – Unforgettable Stay! Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the charm, cleanliness, and thoughtful design of the space. It perfectly blended modern comfort with historic character—exactly what you’d hope for in one of Nashville’s most beautiful neighborhoods. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (plus a few delightful extras). We loved being able to walk to some of Nashville’s best restaurants, coffee shops, etc—everything in Germantown is so accessible. And after a day of exploring, coming back to this peaceful, stylish retreat was the perfect way to unwind. We can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you're visiting Nashville for the first time or or returning for another adventure, this Airbnb is a total gem

Nice, clean house with plenty of space, including beds, baths, and parking in the back. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants nearby and a quick drive to downtown. Yet still in a residential area so it wasn’t noisy at night. Ron and Susan provided clear instructions and were very responsive and proactive to make sure check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

The bathroom and screened in porch are great and add so much to the space. The koi pond and backyard was such a treat.

If we could rate it 6 out of 5 we would. This place was so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and more. From the welcome song playing on the TV to all the beautiful touches throughout the house, this was the place to be. This is exactly what I want to experience when staying away from home. You can tell the host really took her precious time to cater to all her guests. Everything was smooth and simple. Thank you so much!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!

Our third stay at Denise’s place was great as always! Exactly like the pictures. The beds and space are very comfortable. Denise is always responsive and handled a small issue quickly. This place is in a great area and within a reasonable distance of downtown and other spots around town. We look forward to staying again next year!
