Great place to stay for a small group that is walking distance from Broadway. Place was very clean with everything we needed during our stay. Will definitely be back again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was absolutely perfect for our family of five — myself, my wife, two kids, and an infant. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for both comfort and function. The home had everything we needed, including amenities that made traveling with a baby much easier. The location was great — quiet, safe, and close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the little touches that made it clear the host put care into the guest experience. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot to any families looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to relax and enjoy time together. We’d definitely stay here again!

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

Great place to stay. About a 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. Close to Old Smoky and there is a restaurant across the street. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.

Comfortable for two guests, clean, up-to-date, and full stocked for guest’s needs. Complex is quiet and walkable to Broadway street and restaurants. James was very friendly and responsive to questions and with parking and check-in questions.

Farrah was such a great host!! She responded quickly to all of my messages and was eager to help whenever I was confused or had an issue! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. I will absolutely be back!🫶🏼

The apartment was great and exactly what we needed, 5 min uber to broadway. The host was very responsive and accommodating - would return!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this place and very walkable etc. Enjoyed that there was a good pub across the street. Broadway was an enjoyable 10-15 minute walk away. You could hear the train but not a big deal unless you hate trains or are a lite sleeper. Didn’t bother anyone from our trip.

This condo was everything we were looking for in Nashville! Great location, clean spot & awesome host. Beau was so helpful with everything. We are already looking at when we can book again!

I always like staying here it is a great place that is just like home. Karla was great because I made a mistake on my booking when I did it and she notified me and extended my stay with no problems. She does a great job!

Hosts are 100% reliable and responsive. People staying on the property were also helpful when we first arrived (takes a sec to get going with Latch system) Great vibe overall. Cozy bed. Shower head/pressure was great (I appreciate a nice shower experience). Red couch is big and super comfortable. Filtered water out of refer saved the day :) Plenty of space to lay your stuff out. Everything you need. The lobby has a concierge situation for leaving your luggage which is very convenient if you have a few hours to kill before a flight out. Excellent location for walking to Broadway. We ventured to East Nashville which I recommend for something different (The Treehouse restaurant, Buds and Brews, Beyond the Edge sports bar). Claire does an amazing job bringing her spaces to life! The themes were fun and gorgeous! It really added to the Bach vibes! Claire is also easy to work with! Things were as described and we really enjoyed our stay! Location is great! $8 regular Lyft ride to Broadway… $30 if you took a cab (van). We did that on the way back because it was just easier. The place was beautiful and clean. For the ladies- she has great amenities. :) I appreciated the extra toothbrushes and micellar make up wipes. Had some great photo ops inside too! Local eats all over! We loved Party Fowl down the street. We are at Snooze for breakfast one morning. We wish we had made time for Federales across the street. There’s a cute coffee shop in the next apartment building and is super duper close! Liquor store was also walkable. Good to knows: -Parking space can be a bit tight - giant cars beware -Elevator can get busy sometimes, though it does go fast

Naomi was a wonderful host, we come to Nashville and usually stay at the Burnham. Her place by far is the nicest. Thanks for hosting us ❤️

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

The Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you might need! Perfect size for 4 adults! We walked to everything and always felt safe! We will definitely stay here again!

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

Home was great and perfect for a girls trip! The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. Our check in, stay and check out was seamless.

Amazing rooftop and place was as described. So close to downtown area and very family friendly! My kids had a blast with the rooftop!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars
