Holiday rentals with a patio in Teulada

A charming, well-kept and clean house, with everything you need. The terrace is very cozy and sunny all day long. A car is needed for practically everything, but there is a supermarket and a pharmacy 10 minutes away on foot, and the nearest cove is 3 minutes away by car. There is private parking for guests in the Bungalow. The hosts were operational and responded quickly.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Staying at José Manuel's house was an incredible experience. From the first moment, he made me feel at home: warm, attentive and always making sure that I lacked nothing. He has that gift of hospitality that makes you feel comfortable without effort, and he is also a great conversationalist, always willing to share, but also respecting spaces. Beautifully tastefully furnished apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the advertisement. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment to everyone with Valentina as a host. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is strategic and very well connected, making it easy to explore Jávea where there’s so much to do. The place looks exactly like in the photos, no surprises. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us a late checkout since no other guests were arriving that day, which was a really nice touch. We’re sure we’ll be coming back to this place in the future! Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful with one bedroom on each floor which provides lots of space and privacy. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the port.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean, comfortable, safe (bars on all doors and windows) mosquito nets on the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one floor, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time. The only objection is the lack of kitchenware (plates and glasses). We had to buy half a dozen, and the lack of a dishwasher (essential these days). Keep in mind that our stay was long, and we made many meals at home. Otherwise, fantastic

We felt very comfortable in Isidro's apartment! The beautiful decor, the cozy beds, the great layout of the rooms and last but not least the beautiful roof terrace made the stay very special. The location is very quiet and the authentic town particularly beautiful. Isidro is very nice and accommodating! The communication with him was great! Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

Lovely stay in the countryside with beautiful hiking trails all around. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, quick and clear communication. The house feels like a home away from home, is really well equipped with great attention to detail - really appreciated the festive decorations around Christmas time :)

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

We absolutely fell in love with this place, the view is stunning, super close to the best calas of javea. Very quite and beautiful area. David and Aitana were excellent hosts. We are definitely coming back again

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

Spacious, fully equipped and very clean apartment. Very easy to reach the host. It was a pleasure both the house and the surroundings and the views, we will be back.
