Holiday rentals with a patio in Teulada

Correu tudo bem, a Lesya foi sempre bastante amigável e disponível e só por isso já vale o preço. Para os mais distraídos como nós, a piscina é partilhada. De resto tudo ótimo.

Una casa encantadora, cuidada y limpia, con todo lo necesario. La terraza es muy acogedora y da el sol durante todo el día. Se necesita coche para prácticamente todo, pero hay un supermercado y una farmacia a 10 minutos andando, y la cala más cercana está a 3 minutos en coche. Hay parking privado para los huespedes en el Bungalow. Los anfitriones estaban operativos y contestaban rápido.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

Very comfortable 5 week stay. Bed very comfy, sunny balcony and terrace with sunbeds. kitchen fully equipped Ann was very friendly and helpful. would highly recommend property as described.

Estar en casa de José Manuel fue una experiencia increíble. Desde el primer momento me hizo sentir como en casa: cálido, atento y siempre pendiente de que no me faltara nada. Tiene ese don de hospitalidad que te hace sentir cómodo sin esfuerzo, y además es un gran conversador, siempre dispuesto a compartir, pero también respetando los espacios. La casa estaba impecable y todo muy bien organizado. Sin duda, repetiría la experiencia sin pensarlo. ¡Gracias por todo, José Manuel!

Mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement met het uitzicht als unique selling point. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, prima badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruimtes precies zoals omschreven en op de foto's uit de advertentie. het aaprtement is centraal gelegen dicht bij het strand, met leuke beachbar Euforia, restaurants, winkels en de oude stadskern. Alles binnen loopafstand. De aanwezige strandstoelen en parasol waren een aangename verrassing. Communicatie met eigenaren Oliver en Silke verliep uitstekend. Ze meldden tijdig vooraf dat door uitgelopen onderhoudswerkzaamheden het zwembad niet beschikbaar was en boden een prima compensatie hiervoor aan. De host ter plaatse, Valentina, is geweldig. Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd snel reagerend op berichten. Ik kan iedereen het appartement van Oliver en Silke met Valentina als host aanbevelen. Je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The location is strategic and very well connected, making it easy to explore Jávea where there’s so much to do. The place looks exactly like in the photos, no surprises. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us a late checkout since no other guests were arriving that day, which was a really nice touch. We’re sure we’ll be coming back to this place in the future! Highly recommended!

A nossa estadia na casa Cervantes foi absolutamente fantástica! A casa é tal como nas fotos, bastante grande, e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia maravilhosa. A casa fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com muitos restaurantes, lojas e ruas bem interessantes. A praia fica a uns quilometros, sendo que pode ir de carro ou nas bicicletas disponiveis na casa. Para finalizar a nossa estadia, Inge foi uma anfitriã perfeita, super amigavél e disponivel. Já estamos com saudades! E prometemos que voltaremos. Muito obrigada!!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

Wir haben uns in Isidros Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die schöne Einrichtung, die gemütlichen Betten, die tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer und nicht zuletzt die wunderschöne Dachterrasse haben den Aufenthalt ganz besonders gemacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das authentische Städtchen ganz besonders schön. Isidro ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Die Kommunikation mit ihm war super! Danke! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe maison de village, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée, fonctionnelle... elle a été très agréable à vivre. Nous y avons séjourné en période de fêtes et nous avons trouvé l'emplacement très calme. Le village fleuri de Lliber adossé à la colline est tout simplement merveilleux avec ses ruelles pavées et ses maisons en pierres. Nous avons fait connaissance avec nos hôtes, charmants, très sympas et réactifs. Ils ont été flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée et la remise des clés. Ce sont vraiment des hôtes exceptionnels au regard de nos diverses expériences avec Airbnb. Un livret d'accueil était mis à disposition avec un large panel d'instructions, renseignements et suggestions.👍👍👍 Isabelle et Marco, nous vous remercions🙏😌 chaleureusement et nous vous recommandons à tous ceux qui liront les commentaires sur votre annonce. Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

We absolutely fell in love with this place, the view is stunning, super close to the best calas of javea. Very quite and beautiful area. David and Aitana were excellent hosts. We are definitely coming back again

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

Wyjątkowa okolica, dla osób ceniących sobie ciszę i spokój, potrzebne koniecznie auto, trzy bardzo fajne baseny do dyspozycji, ładny widok z tarasu. Przyjemny i pomocny właściciel.
