Holiday rentals with a patio in Teaneck

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

Excellent host, Gonza is very responsive and gives clear instructions. The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos. Very clean and had everything you needed and more! Even though it’s a bit of an effort to get to NYC I still prefer this over staying in a small expensive hotel room in the city, if you like peace and quiet then you will enjoy staying here! The neighbourhood is also quiet and I felt safe which was the main highlight.

Omar was super enthusiastic and helped us for the luggages, and they were all heavy, thank you so much. They also sent us super delicious homemade corn bread and super thoughtful handwritten letters. I'll definitely stay in New York next time!

Sandra's place was beautifully decorated and just a pleasure to be in. It was also comfortable and spacious with lots of privacy and gorgeous landscaping and foliage. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We didn't cook much but she had everything there you could want for cooking. Definitely the most beautiful place we've stayed!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

We came to NY for a wedding, and wanted a quiet, comfortable place to stay during our visit. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood, with plenty of street parking. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Gayle has been very helpful and responsive, since before our arrival. We had issues with our outbound flight, and had to reschedule our trip. Gayle was flexible and understanding. We felt at home, and had everything we need. We would definitely recommend, and stay again the next time we’re in NY.

Place was perfect. Miss Mel responded to a tiny, and I mean tiny, issue with rental. She was kind and perfect. I like the fact of how easy it was to everything. Would I consider staying again.... of course. I only went there for a two day concert. Yall would love the place.

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

The unit is as described and as you see in the photos, beautiful designs, Great location, close to stores, 10 mins to MetLife for concerts. Very spacious unit, towels, sheets provided, a/c in every bedroom etc. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal, although we only stayed overnight for a concert and ordered take-out. TV's in every bedroom including the living room! That was a Plus! Comfy beds (one of the bedrooms with the queen sized bed is a step up). Host allowed us to park in the back of the house, so no need to find parking, it's a really tight fit, but permission is needed before parking there. Host was excellent at communicating, readily available and so very gracious! I would stay again!

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

Staying here was perfect for us as a family with two very young kids. There is plenty of space and a beautiful garden and patio area. We were able to park the car in a dedicated space which brought us straight onto main street. We had a gorgeous coffee shop on our doorstep where we got our tasty breakfast treats, and there are so many lovely spots to eat just a stones throw away. Highly recommend the Piermont Creamery for ice cream! We were there every afternoon! We stayed in Piermont before and it’s such a peaceful and friendly town. Mekdem was so responsive with all our questions and again herself and Skip were such lovely hosts. The house had everything we needed which was great just open the door and make ourselves at home. Highly recommend!

Kathleen was an attentive host. Responded quickly. Accurate descriptions. Very clean and quaint. Close to the MetLife stadium and the American Dream Mall.

This was a great place to stay if you are in need of a place to stay for only a couple nights. It is clean and cozy. I will say the bathroom is a little tight but other than that no complaints. It seems like the messages I received from the host were automated but they were helpful. I sent a couple messages but they were not answered. Although they were no important it would have been nice to receive a reply.

We loved our stay! It’s in a great location- very walkable to nearby shops, and about a 20 minute drive to Met Life. The place was absolutely spotless and impeccably cleaned when we arrived. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Alicia was incredibly responsive and friendly. She lives downstairs, but you’d never know unless you happen to run into her and if you do, she’s a total gem. Talking with her feels like reconnecting with an old friend. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There was plenty of room to relax, and the home was thoughtfully stocked, including toiletries in the bathrooms, which was a great touch. The backyard was a highlight. It was perfect for gathering with family and friends. It’s a great space to unwind and spend quality time outdoors. A fun bonus: Alicia let us try her new Ninja grill, which was awesome! We had so much fun using it that now my family wants one too. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . I had a great month-long stay at ReeRee’s quaint apartment. The place was very clean and was in a convenient location from the hospital. I felt safe and had privacy. The room was well organized and furnished and fulfilled all my needs. ReeRee was very responsive to any concerns or questions I had during the entire stay!

Highly recommend. It’s just outside the city for quiet privacy and space, but super fast to get to the city. We took the path train and another day the ferry. Way better than staying in a tiny, expensive hotel.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

We were so lucky to have such a perfect apartment while visiting New York. My elderly parents and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Extremely relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access and just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants, transport. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

The location is amazing. There is a subway station within walking distance that makes getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood is safe and the locals were friendly. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as a laundrymat if needed. We had a small leak during our stay and Annie had someone there to repair the leak as well as extra towels before we made it home for the evening. Highly recommend for a family to stay here!

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
