Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Teaneck

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

The entire process with booking to leaving went very smoothly. Quick response whenever we had questions. The place was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space for 8 people. Everything was very clean. Highly recommend booking this place.

The unit is as described and as you see in the photos, beautiful designs, Great location, close to stores, 10 mins to MetLife for concerts. Very spacious unit, towels, sheets provided, a/c in every bedroom etc. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal, although we only stayed overnight for a concert and ordered take-out. TV's in every bedroom including the living room! That was a Plus! Comfy beds (one of the bedrooms with the queen sized bed is a step up). Host allowed us to park in the back of the house, so no need to find parking, it's a really tight fit, but permission is needed before parking there. Host was excellent at communicating, readily available and so very gracious! I would stay again!

It is quite a drive from NYC because of traffic, but the house is big and the neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe! The house is beautiful and clean and very accommodating!

Staying here was perfect for us as a family with two very young kids. There is plenty of space and a beautiful garden and patio area. We were able to park the car in a dedicated space which brought us straight onto main street. We had a gorgeous coffee shop on our doorstep where we got our tasty breakfast treats, and there are so many lovely spots to eat just a stones throw away. Highly recommend the Piermont Creamery for ice cream! We were there every afternoon! We stayed in Piermont before and it’s such a peaceful and friendly town. Mekdem was so responsive with all our questions and again herself and Skip were such lovely hosts. The house had everything we needed which was great just open the door and make ourselves at home. Highly recommend!

Kathleen was an attentive host. Responded quickly. Accurate descriptions. Very clean and quaint. Close to the MetLife stadium and the American Dream Mall.

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

This was a perfect home away from home. All the little details were excellent…A tray of snacks on the kitchen counter was a great touch…Plenty of space & all necessities…Included parking was a plus but street parking was available. Close to major highways which made traveling easy.

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

I graduated from Rutgers-Newark so going back is always a breath of fresh air! I love the location. It is centrally located to EVERYTHING!!!! Wonderful place to stay!!

Clean apartment, very quiet, safe neighborhood, shops, mall, highway all nearby. Kirk was very attentive, responded quickly to messages. If I had another opportunity, I would stay again.

This is one of our favorite places to stay when going to the New York/New Jersey area. The location is wonderful, easy to get in and out of the city while staying in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is impeccably clean and neat, with everything you need. Anneka is a great and thoughtful host who is always responsive. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back to stay here again in the future!

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

This listing met, all of my Family and is expectations. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this place.

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Raquel's place. The house is neat, stylish and in a very secure environment. The rooms, towels and sheets were clean and hygienic. The kitchen was very well equipped that we barely had to buy anything for cooking. There was a quaint little table for two, which is good to have evening or morning coffee in. Since there is two doors for the unit, one black and one teal, the place is super secure. It is also very conveniently near to public transports and has good connectivity to most of the places. The host was super responsive and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. We'd definitely book with her again. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

It was a good place to stay. Close to NYC and Jersey city. The area was safe and peaceful. The condo building itself was nice. King was very accommodating to all of our requests including early checkin. There is one parking included and if you need extra then street parking is little difficult to get. Although there plenty on the same street. Regarding sleeping, There was a king bed and a queen bed. The extra bedding wasn’t very comfortable and that’s the only thing that could have been better. Overall pleasant stay, worth coming back.

Beautiful place, functional. clear and efficiently laid out. Easy to access with Subway and buses, many shop and restaurants within a short walking distance. Ann was very responsive and helpful before, and during the stay. Only challenge was to find a nearby parking stop when arriving late at night but this is to be expected in NYC.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
