Thank you so much had a wonderful visit the accommodation was awesome clean and very tidy everything that you need.

This special hideaway was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Coming in to the cosy fire was just the welcome we needed after the awesome drive through beautiful countryside. The unit is really well designed for privacy and convenience with gorgeous bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Breakfast supplies were incredibly generous including delicious wholesome homemade bread and there was even a personal card and bubbles for our anniversary! We were blown away! To see the clarity of the stars from the spa pool was a highlight as was enjoying the sun on the porch whilst watching and photographing the curious fantails and even a little grey warbler. An outstanding experience thank you!

We stayed at the cottage for 2 weeks visiting family in Masterton. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. There's an open plan lounge, diner, kitchen all beautifully furnished. We easily sat 7 round the table one night. It's a lovely old villa with original features and wonderful art works and quirky objects. Our 2 3/4 year old grandson was over the moon with the trainset, one of a big collection of games and toys. On fine days we loved sitting on the back verandah watching the birds flitting round and listening to birdsong. It was very peaceful. On Saturday mornings it's a short walk to the Solway Showgrounds for the Farmers Market. Joan and Michael are the perfect hosts, very quickly responsive to any queries. I'm so glad we got to meet them. This would be our first choice if we are back in Masterton.

Loved our weekend stay at Tanya's beautiful cottage. The place had everything we needed, as well as a stunning view that was enjoyed while relaxing on the deck. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the golf course due to tired legs after a weekend of cycling on incredible local roads. Maybe next time. Tanya was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
