Monthly Rentals in Tauwharenīkau

We were attending an event at the Tauwharenikau Racecourse and this location couldn't have been better. So close, the house was also private (in a paddock on its own), new and cosy warm on what turned out to be two cold nights. The kitchen is really well appointed and the house well laid out. It had everything we needed.

Cozy cabin lives up to its name! I arrived on a cold bleak night to a warm cabin and bed. The outside light was on, making my entry nice and easy. The cabin was well equipped, beautifully presented, and I felt incredibly safe and private. The scenery outside the window was a relaxing view of the countryside. I was in Featherston for a wedding; had I not been otherwise occupied, I would have quite happily spent more time relaxing at the cabin. The bed linen was of a great quality, which made for an extremely comfortable sleep. I highly recommend staying here; it would make a lovely romantic getaway! Should I find myself needing to stay in Featherston again, this would be my first choice. Thanks Tracey, for a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect home for our wedding party to get ready for our daughter’s wedding at Rose and Smith, and to come home to after the wedding. Both Shannon and Issy were so helpful and quickly responded to questions and the extra help we needed. I definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home.

A lovely place for an unplugged retreat. Quiet with great space for a little one to walk around. Can’t recommend any more highly
