Natalie‘s place was truly perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. She was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. The house itself was immaculate-clean, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials making our stay effortless and comfortable. We absolutely loved the location. It was the perfect spot for strolling downtown and exploring the area. But what made our stay even more special was how much the kids enjoyed the house. Watching them play and laughing in the backyard brought so much joy to our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Sapphire Cottage is the perfect getaway, tucked back off a quiet road , and an 20 minute drive to Mount Dora, making it both peaceful and accessible to town. A canal runs behind the property and there are 2 kayaks you can use if you’re feeling adventurous, if not, you can just hang out and watch the happy hens roam the property or pet the goats in their enclosure. The cottage is really quite lovely, very comfortable, modern yet cozy feeling at the same time. Miriam and Ismael obviously put a lot of thought into its design and decor. The rooms are spacious, the cottage is spotless, and everything works as it should. Miriam and Ismael are the perfect hosts, available yet unobtrusive. I would go back in a heartbeat, and can recommend it without hesitation.

We all forget the coffee filter sometimes. No big deal. The cleanliness was perfect besides that. Leaves in walkway are always a challenge. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the morning and in the evening. Thank you and hope to return to visit family again. Great hosts!
