Monthly Rentals in Tanca Manna

Lovely host, great place

We (family with two small children) stayed at Daniela's place in mid-October of this year. Even the communication before arrival worked wonderfully and Daniela was always available and very helpful even during the stay. On site, the Mauro building manager helped us with the facilities. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and therefore had problems with rainwater, which came through the apartment door and partly through windows. Nevertheless, the apartment is functionally cut and large enough for a small family. The terrace overlooking the sea with sunrise was also very nice. However, the entire complex is already a bit outdated and should be modernized. The view of the run-down tennis courts right in front of the apartment could have been more beautiful. If you appreciate good service and are also satisfied with a simple accommodation, you will find a great deal here!

I recommend the place 100%! Comfortable residence with free parking, close to the beach and downtown. Pierfrancesco was always attentive and quickly answered our doubts. It took us a bit to find the entrance but Pierfrancesco responded to our doubts and the supermarkets helped us.

Tanca Manna is a very beautiful complex, well maintained with many beautiful flowers. The apartment is well maintained and you have a large balcony with a dream view! The bed was very cozy. Air conditioning worked. The kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is ok. A little more water pressure would have been nice. A supermarket is within walking distance. We were able to explore everything else very well by car. Very many beautiful beaches near. Had a great time! Julia is very accommodating. You can tell that it is important to her how her guests feel.
