We were initially worried about finding accommodations near Thirukadaiyur temple, but stumbling upon Maria Villa was a blessing in disguise. Though, Located about 20 km away from the temple, this spacious and immaculately maintained villa exceeded our expectations. The host's and caretaker’s warm welcome and accommodating nature made us feel right at home. The villa's cleanliness, comfort, and amenities ensured a wonderful stay for our family of 5. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable retreat. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Highly recommended!

The villa is located in a quaint village of Aravenu. It has beautiful surroundings. The host Subhash has planned this villa excellently to make guests comfortable and enjoy the stay. It is about 5 km from town of Kotagiri on a scenic route. The villa is in gated community with 24/7 security, so safety is not a concern. The big lawn and a gazebo provides ample space to enjoy outdoor activities in lush green surrounding. We will definitely love to return to this place for a longer stay.

Staying at Akshaya’s place was an absolute delight! The home offered ample space, a peaceful atmosphere, and truly felt like a home away from home. Whether you're looking to relax or work remotely, the environment is perfect—quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. Akshaya is a wonderful human being—proactive, kind, and always ready to help without being intrusive. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made the experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and spacious getaway with a personal touch!

The place looked even better than the pics! The architecture and interiors of the place was just amazing. And to top it all, so clean and tidy. The hospitality was exactly the way it is at any renowned resort. Complementary beverages, toiletries etc. Board games, high end electronics and games, Tv's in each room and such unique places to relax. I had an emergency and reached out to Sahil for help, in less than ten minutes he helped me out, that too early in the morning. Blown away by the place and hospitality, will definitely recommend and revisit this beautiful haven again.

We had a great time at Aqua Villa, the property was beautiful and well maintained. The beach view was incredible and there is a real sense of privacy due to the location and design. What really makes this property stand out is the dedicated staff including a wonderful chef. You get the service of a resort with the privacy of an Airbnb. Perfect for our family getaway and best of all the property is pet friendly. Highly recommended!

Outstanding place for golfing, family vacation, team offsite

The M villa stay was amazing for our family. We loved every moment of it. The design, the interiors, the feel, the vibe, the greenery…phew! Would like to specially mention Kumar, who was the care taker there. He is the best. Not just at his work but also as a human being. The first day, there were problems with electricity. Kept tripping. Hence no WiFi also. Lasted from afternoon till late evening. But Kumar was working on this relentlessly. These things happen. The place was much more than an airbnb. It will always be remembered as one of the best places we have stayed in.

So clean and modern looking! The space was just like the pictures. The pool was fantastic and the entire facility was beautiful. The host was extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time at the place. Kuruvilla and Jithu who stay on the property were so good with every one of our requests. They are the main reason for my high rating across the board. We are four friends who were there for 4 days and 3 nights. Had a blast. Keep in mind it is an hour drive from Kochi and 2 hours from Kochi airport. But it was worth it. Also make sure you choose the right number of people because that determines whether you get all bedrooms or not and how much you pay per day

Best location and the experience was amazing. The host was very kind and generous. I and my friends had an amazing time at the property. I am definitely coming with my family members here again. Very conveniently located near RS Puram and Brookfields mall. Food is not provided but they offer tea or coffee throughout the day. Staff did a commendable job catering to our requests day and night.

We had such a great time! We were seriously pampered by the staff and all of our needs were met. Two comments— first, the pictures in the listing are from when the resort was new, so there was definitely wear and tear we weren’t expecting, but everything was still clean and maintained. Secondly, two of the rooms had electricity issues while we were there— the staff dealt with the issues but it was a persistent problem for a few days. Otherwise our stay was great and we would recommend!

Worth every penny spent will surely visit again

Between the location by the beach, the amenities that matched the pictures and, most importantly, the staff, our stay was nothing short of great! The food was delicious—they far exceeded our expectations! Our only regret was that we were not there for a few more days.

Stayed here for a night with 6 of my friends. The place was exactly what we wanted. complete privacy, great ambience, spotless clean rooms and bathrooms, modular kitchen, awesome swimming pool with a neat shower area. We had a quality hangout with my friends meeting after a long time. Water was clean and we had a good time. Outdoor Greenery was great, beach is 5-10 min walk within the villa. We also used the cook services available and food was good. We all had no will to leave this place soon, good vibes and good place to unwind from the busy routine.

One of the highlights was the clean and kid-safe swimming pool, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The caretakers were friendly and helpful—they even arranged boat rides for us, which added to the experience. Another standout was the food: every meal served was delicious and satisfying. Even the kids loved it! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider coming back.
