Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

Nice stay. Hasan is a very good host as he responds to every query you ask for. Place is little isolated but markets are nearby and positive thing is you have zomato and swiggy delivery available.

The place was very nice and peaceful. This place is great for just escaping from the city and having a peaceful time. The people there were very helpful and the food they make is very good.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The location is absolutely awesome, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is stunning - beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough! If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay with great hosts and a fantastic location, look no further!

Mathew is an Amazing Host. His home is a beautiful place to relax , have lot of memories and also a best place for photography. He arranged everything for us. the place was super clean. very well organised. all instructions written in clearly. He knows the best places around.

Place is really beautiful and peaceful with a small stream within the property. The house is really clean and the host was really helpful.

Words can’t describe how serene and beautiful the place is. Our caretaker, Mr Pandi sir was more than welcoming and the food was spectacular. Sam and Gobi were a brilliant addition as pets here. Sheba,our host, was extremely polite and gave us the proper instructions beforehand on what to do. The rooms are thoughtfully crafted and spacious. You will run out of places to sit. Definitely visiting again.

I stayed at a really nice hotel recently, and I want to share how great it was. The hotel was super clean and cozy. The people who worked there were amazing. They were always friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were really nice too, with comfy beds and all the things you might need. Overall, my stay was awesome because the hotel was clean, the staff were super nice, and everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.

Great place

All I can say is WOW, what a wonderful gem is Liz’s place! Clean, comfortable, the ocean view terrace, all only a few steps to the Bay of Bengal. But the highlight for me was eating at her cafe, Eli’s Kitchen, every day of my visit. The first day I arrived I had fresh lobster. The next morning, at my request, she made fresh Parotta topped with homemade strawberry jam. Later during my visit I relished a fish fry of fresh caught Pomfret fish, snake gourd, dal, lemon honey crepes with pineapple, homemade ice cream, watermelon juice, egg curry, all prepared with fresh, local ingredients, many from her rooftop terrace garden. The only time I had a meal out was when Liz and I took a rickshaw out to visit Idler’s Organic Farm. That was an amazing and memorable experience. Liz made a detailed map for me of the area and places of interest to visit. I spent a lot of time stationed in front of an ocean view, ocean breezed window reading several books I got off of Liz’s bookshelf.

it was an amazing stay. very comfortable. majority of the places to visit were around 1 to 2 km from here... very well located... A special mention to manu the care taker who was quite reponsive... the flat was very tidy and loved our stay

The place is slightly remote from the main city which makes it perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. The property is well maintained by the caretakers and they are very responsive. All the amenities listed were working fine and the place was clean. We also asked for a bbq and they took a reasonable amount for it and the chef helped us with it. The cost of the place is good but I would like the room to have some lamps and better utensils for the price we are paying. Also, autos and cabs take a lot of money to go to the city side so if you want to travel the city side then stay in the city and then come here for a stay to enjoy the beautiful mountains and tea estate.

The location was beautiful and the stay was very peaceful. Mr. Francis and his team were very accommodating and organized. I would highly recommend Brookview.

We had a very good over night stay . The care taker was of great help , food provided also was good . Barbecue experience was great . Rooms were spacious . Bluetooth speaker in the terrace was really entertaining. Another interesting factor is TV had all subscriptions for entertainment.

I stayed at Magnolia by Jade recently, and it was great. The farmhouse had a nice ambiance, especially with the large swimming pool. The staff were friendly and paid attention to us. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The food at Magnolia was tasty, and dining there was a good experience.

Our stay at Milhaven was absolutely perfect. A very old world charm property with best view and hospitality. Even though it is an 100 yrs old home, it is very well maintained. The host Nikhila is very helpful and prompt. The staff - cook Soham ji, house keeping - Bheem ji, Sarita ji and the gardener all make you feel right at home. Food served was delicious and homely. The garden area has a lovely view and we enjoyed spending time there - whether it was our teas or evening snacks with bonfire. We travelled with a 2 year old and she also enjoyed a lot. All in all, a must stay and would love to visit again.

It’s a superb place to stay. Prem was continuously guiding us on everything, specially the TN epass. Place was perfectly clean & had all amenities as mentioned on Airbnb. Caretaker was just a call away for any kind of support. Very comfortable & close to city centre yet peaceful & quiet. Highly recommended

Very good place and host, quiet location in a walking distance to the beach with restaurants and to drivers if you want to travel. I had privacy while staying and had a great experience overall :)

Our family of 4 + 2 dogs spent a night and we had a great experience. The house was beautiful and well equipped (the pictures don’t do justice to the place), had pretty good bathrooms, with fantastic surroundings, lots of open space, lots of inside and outside seating (the wooden platform with the comfortable chairs was especially nice) and had good privacy as the caretaker’s outhouse is down the lane. The approach roads were pretty good (we came here in a low ground clearance sedan) and the WiFi, while not terribly fast, did the job adequately. Shikha was proactive in reaching out and quite responsive when we had questions. The caretaker family was reasonably friendly and took care of everything we needed politely and provided some pretty good homely food. We all had a peaceful, calming and really enjoyable family time. The dogs especially enjoyed exploring the property, the walks in the open spaces around and getting to meet ‘Bhoora’, the caretakers’ dog. We’d love to come back!
