Best place to unwind, very peaceful and quiet.

I recently stayed at this amazing villa in Auroville and had an incredible experience. The place offers breathtaking views of the sea that you can enjoy from both inside the villa and the beautifully maintained outdoor areas. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was pure bliss. The villa is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors that feel both luxurious and cozy. The outdoor spaces are just as lovely, with lush gardens and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. One of the best parts about this villa is its location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient for us. Plus, it’s close to all the central spots in Auroville, so we had no trouble exploring the area and enjoying all the local attractions. The care taker deserves a special shoutout for being so helpful and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to assist with any questions

Well the place is perfect if u want a peaceful beach vibe, u can soak in the ocean whenever u want, and since there were a lot of surfboarders in the area it's safe to go for a swim too. U can go for walks anytime(yes late night, owners labrador might join u for the fun ;)). We went in summer heat but it was manageable. Helena was a very good Host with her three cute children, it felt like a home there. We had a very good discussion om different things, she helped out with all the things that were needed. I dont think I would look for any other place if I visit pondy again.

A fabulous place with an extremely accommodative host

Our stay at this beach house was an absolute dream! It was the perfect getaway with amazing beach views and a beautiful garden that made our mornings so serene. The house itself was very clean and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Rafica, the host, was outstanding in her communication. She promptly answered all our questions and concerns, ensuring we felt at ease throughout our stay. Special mention to Settu, the caretaker, and the diligent cleaning crew who went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

The family was very kind, helpful and reacted super quickly to everything. They gave nice tips so I could explore the surroundings. I really liked the recommendations that were atypical and spontaneous. I was made aware that a dolphin was passing by so I could see it first hand for example. And I always received a positive smile. Thanks a lot!

Mistea villa was just perfect for our family of 10 with 3 young kids. Sarah welcomed us with all the details that we would need to know. It had all the amenities that we needed. The villa is beautifully laid out, well maintained and cared for. Kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the loft.

We loved the stay. Caretaker was very kind and helpful. Well ventilated house with a beautiful back yard. Zepto and blinkit is not available but there are shops nearby which Mr. Ani (caretaker) helped us to get when needed. Temples, sightseeing spots are very nearby (within 5 kms). Uber facility is available which makes it easier to travel places. They have a very cute and friendly pet named Charlie (Indie dog). For those who don’t play with dogs, Charlie stays in his kennel during the stay. I’d very much recommend this house for those who want to visit Trivandrum and make sure you come for 3-4 days to visit places around and also spend sometime in this beautiful house and enjoy the nature. Thanks to the owner Govind and Appu for hosting us and making it a very pleasant and unforgettable stay.

A Truly Magical Stay in a Traditional Kerala Home I had an unforgettable experience staying at this beautiful traditional Kerala home, built around 30 years ago. The moment I stepped in, it felt like walking into a classic Malayalam movie—surrounded by lush greenery, with the charm and character of old Kerala architecture. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and nostalgic. The house itself is well-maintained and full of warmth, with wooden interiors and vintage touches that transport you to a different era. The surrounding area is simply breathtaking—everywhere you look, there's green. Mango trees of various types line the property, and during my stay, I could even pluck and enjoy some fresh ones right from the trees! One of the highlights was the serene pool, which I have seen only in movies. set right in the middle of this green paradise. It was the perfect place to relax, especially in the evenings. Avinash was a great host, he helped us with a lot of things . He was always available and approachable. The view from the air bnb was pristine and immaculate , the place doesn't look like how it's in the photos , its waay better than how it's advertised on air bnb , I would personally recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place to chill and relax for a few days. Plus the two dogs and the cat add to the places beauty , we loved interacting with them , they made us feel like home .

Our family had an amazing stay at On The Rocks. The location is serene and beautiful. The cottage is perched up on the hill true to its name “On the Rocks” and offer an amazing view to the mountains through its big glass windows. The caretaker, Rashiq is very friendly and hospitable. We loved his home cooked meals and knowledgeable of the location. Highly recommended and would love to go back!

We were a family of 20 and had gone to the place with a tempo traveler. There was enough space for parking and extra beds were provided to accommodate everyone comfortably.

the location of this property is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet close enough to step out for a meal of required. the rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. there is sufficient lawn and green areas around the house to soak in the nature. the food provided was decent and at a reasonable price but one needs to order in advance. the coffee they serve is one of the most exceptional ones we have ever had. phone network is barely there and wifi is patchy....we didn't mind it as we wanted a break from gadgets
