The place was exactly as described. The caretaker was very helpful and welcomed us with a wonderful cup of tea. Prem was also very responsive. The bonfire was arranged upon request. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommended for people who are coming to Yercaud to chill and relax in a group.

P Had a wonderful stay at Kodai here❤️ The owner Syeed has been such a sweet person supporting us through the whole stay. The akka her daughter Velli and the Annan has been so kind helping us with the kids too. Such a homely place for families. Food and barbecue were exceptional. Cant miss the chicken pineapple and baby potatoes barbecued to perfection. The place is very much clean and they made it especially careful as we had toddlers with us.

Praveen's home was such a pleasant and peaceful place to stay. More than the stay, we enjoyed Acha's home-cooked authentic Kerala breakfast, lunch and dinner. Acha even prepared pazhapori (banana fritters) almost everyday, on special request from my daughter. Praveen was very hospitable and arranged boatrides, sightseeing and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A very humble family to stay with. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kainakary at Praveen's new home. Wishing good luck! Thank you Praveen and family for making our stay a memorable one.

John's place is in a very posh location, everything in fort kochi accessible in a walking distance..He is very helpful..The place just needs a little bit of upkeeping, that's it..

a great value for the price, considering it's at the heart of Koramangala. The room is clean but I feel the lights could be replaced as it felt a bit dim (weak lights), but during the day, there are big windows which allow plenty of sunlight in so that's good. Also, maybe it's already mentioned and i didn't know but the terrace that you see in the pics does not open out from the room, it's one floor above. that being said, the terrace is a lovely place.

Me and my family including my two kids and my elderly mother stayed at Binod’s place for 5 days in early May. It was a wonderful experience and Binod made us feel like his family. He was helpful and went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. My son loved the greenery, trees and the nature around - quite a different experience for a city kid. As my mother is elderly she could not go sight seeing much so she stayed in the house most of the time and Binod was just a phone call away wherever she needed anything. She really enjoyed watching the sea and ships from the verandah of the house. And not to forget, the delicious local breakfast Binod’s wife prepared for us every morning.

Well when we as a group of old friends decided to meet for a reunion and were looking for a place to spend an entire day reliving byogone days, we ended up our search at this place just an hour away from city. What a place! That was our reaction as soon as we entered the premises. The structures within the area are tastefully designed and placed giving prominence to the greenery. We were welcomed by Sandeep: our host and gave a brief about what we would be in for. He was warm and suave and we connected instantly. We had the entire property to ourselves and we indulged in playing Futsal in the lawn area, reminiscing and having lots of banters. We were assisted by 2 caretakers who are always present to tend to your needs at any point in time. The food was top notch and we also had some BBQ during night time along with great music and projector in the lounge area. Although we didn't use the swimming pool and thus missing out, it was clean and was designed perfectly with artificial water f

The Ranch farm villa is very fantastic

The place was well designed and the interiors were our favourite part. Very aesthetically done with a homely feel. It also had a nice pool where the kids had a fun time. Our host, Chikky, was very transparent with us when answering our queries. When asked about power fluctuations, Chikky was candid and offered alternatives by ensuring the generator was available to use and shared future plans to mitigate the challenge. We had senior citizens and kids and she was empathetic to our needs. Chikky was a host we felt we could trust, as she was more focused on our family having a good experience. The kitchen had very good amenities and was well maintained. There are a couple of good restaurants within 4 kms and the food can be ordered via Swiggy as well although we did not try this option. Overall, it was a good stay if you are looking for a relaxed time with family/friends.

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. Easily one of the best stays, you can find on Airbnb along the East coast road. The hospitality was too good. The caretakers at the property were genuinely concerned about us and accompanied us even during late night walks to the private beach. I had my doubts during booking as there are no good restaurants nearby the accommodation, but the food prepared by the cooks were too good. We ended up eating both dinner and breakfast at the Bnb! Pool slide, ATV, Kayak, Cycles, outdoor games were standout of this place! Thank you Venkat for hosting us!

One of the best property I have stayed with Airbnb. The property exactly matches the pictures in the listing. Akash was available during checkin and helped explaining the property. He also ensured all the necessary items are stocked in kitchen and fridge. Highlight was every day the staff in the property served fresh fruits. Akash helped with the local sight seeing places. For ordering food, two restaurant menu were available. Most importantly the places has service from Zomato. The house staff was always available for making tea/coffee. The place is very well maintained. The lawn in front and back provided a good place to relax and spend family time. The property is just beside the back water, which provides a nice view. Very large swimming pool, this is the largest pool i have seen in a private villa. Its maintained very well. Overall and excellent stay, I will definitely stay here whenever I am come back to Mahabalipuram. I will highly recommend this place for everyone.
