Words will fall short of how tastefully the property was done, from the structure to the interiors. The place was so clean and peaceful. The Jacuzzi and Projector set up was a very nice touch. My fur babies had an amazing time chasing each other in the beautifully spacious and green garden. Food included was yummy as well. The location of the property itself is so serene, letting you reconnect with the nature. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely to all family and friends.

We had a peaceful and relaxing 2-night stay with family. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The surroundings were quiet and perfect for a short getaway. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay.

Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

I stay at this place for wonderful host, good rooms maintained daily. This one is on the third floor, with an open terrace in the front, very good feeling during the stay. Only with government / local municipality wakes up to make the roads better. Will want to go again. Thank you.

Its an excellent place for friends and family to have a relaxed weekend. This property is well thought and planned to have a positive energy, especially the garden lights at night are brilliant. Me and my friends was here for 2 days, we enjoyed a lot, great hospitaliy by the caretaker.

This beautiful villa feels like home, the moment I entered i could feel the warmth also the ambience, amenities and specially they have a well equipped kitchen i made some yummy dinner for all of us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa 19 by kiwistays. The moment i saw that bathtub i was so excited and happy to use it and i did!!! I loved each and every corner of this house.

The place and the host were wonderful. Easy to locate, and everything is accessible. Great location. The host was very communicative, very helpful and kind. Made us feel very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Venkat’s place! The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for and was conveniently located within easy reach of one of the most stunning beaches. The caretakers were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food they served was absolutely delicious and added a special touch to our experience. Located in a serene gated community near Sarjapur, the villa boasts a minimalist, modern, and highly functional design. The host and caretaker were proactive and accommodating, reaching out immediately after booking confirmation and even facilitating an early check-in. The villa was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It came equipped with a reliable WiFi connection and a TV preloaded with popular OTT platforms, ensuring great entertainment options. Food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato cater to this area, and it’s easy to get cabs as well. The swimming pool and jacuzzi, located at the nearby Clubhouse, are just a short walk away and add to the relaxing atmosphere. The caretaker was exceptionally responsive, just a call away, and available even for late-night requests. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful house with two bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people and the one on the first floor has 2 master beds that could accommodate 4 or 6 people. House is beautifully decorated and maintained well. Caretaker Padma was a nice lady who made coffee for us and was helpful. Quiet surroundings with absolutely no disturbances. Good restaurants near by and they also deliver food. Drawing room was beautiful. Overall everything was good. Just there is a bit of mosquitoes in the lawn and they also get inside if the doors are left open or opened and closed often. Found it difficult to sleep in the ground floor bedroom due to mosquito bites. Take odomos or any mosquito repellent with you. Only thing the place lacks is a swimming pool, but the beauty of the house compensates for that. Beach is like 5 minutes walk. Overall super happy with the place and planning to there again soon.

Jaaveed was a wonderful host—even though we didn’t get a chance to meet, his communication and hospitality were excellent. Words can hardly describe how great the stay was. The location is right in the heart of Yelagiri, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Everything you’d want to see is just minutes away—Selfie Panda, Yelagiri Lake, and Fundera Park (Birds Park) are all nearby. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the amenities, including water and other essentials, were perfect. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay, and my family had a fantastic time. If you’re planning a trip to Yelagiri, this should definitely be your go-to place!

a great place to host families during occasions as well as hosting parties with friends. Well equipped. AC in one room only. a lot of mosquitos in the balcony, which is expected, but then had repellents at hand. Overall, a great stay. More on the expensive end.
