Alvena is a very kind and gracious host! The house was very clean and we appreciated that it was catered to families. My three small kids enjoyed the few toys and we were so appreciative of the high chair, pack n play, and beach supplies. The house is 20min from Lido Beach which made it easy for us to trek over for a couple hours one of our days. Would recommend!

Excellent little separate apartment unit that was close to everything you could ask for in the area. Even over the course of a few hot Florida days the AC units kept everything cool, and the house is stocked with all the amenities you could need to have a pleasant stay. Larger on the inside than the photos make it appear, and the front patio area is really nice to sit and hang out on. The only thing worth noting is that the unit is on well water, so there is a bit of funk in the space that you quickly acclimate to, and you'll need to have separate bottled water for drinking. Jeanette provided two big jugs for our stay though, which saw us most of the way through! Overall an excellent and affordable location.
