Monthly Rentals in Taguig City

Michael's place was awesome, just what I would expect at an airbnb. It was easy to get in, the unit waa clean, everything was in order. Since I was in town for a short stay, the ease of getting in to an apartment and immediately getting settled was important. This place was perfect for that! Thanks Michael. Will return.

Stayed at Richard's unit for a month. The stay was very comfortable, location was great as it is near restaurants and bars, and grocery store is just across the street. It was also just a couple of blocks from High Street, so we were able to take advantage of the free concert during New Year's Eve. Richard was a great host, very responsive, often times within just a few minutes after contacting. The complimentary cleaning, change of sheets, linens and towels were definitely very much appreciated.

We booked the place for our elderly relative. Gem had some issues with their property management company but they made sure that our booking is not affected and made the issue almost non-existence from our end. Gem has also been responsive and made sure that the check-in process for my relative goes smoothly. Overall, our experience has been great!

Oleeve was a great host! Very responsive from the start. Instructions for check-in were helpful. The unit was very clean and had all that we needed and more. The linens and towels were clean. Snacks and some cleaning supplies were provided. My only complaint is about the building, particularly the elevator service. There were only 2 working elevators and sometimes only 1. And always at the busiest times of the day. Otherwise, the building had Mitsukoshi Mall on 1 side and Uptown Mall on the other. There are also several coffee shops around, and endless options for food.
