Stayed at Marvin’s place for 7 nights and had a great time. The place was super clean and in a really convenient location ☺️ close to everywhere we wanted to go. Marvin was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. We had a great stay at their unit. It is centrally located. The unit is well maintained and provided weekly housekeeping which we appreciated. Communication was also very easy. I highly recommend this property.

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

The overall aesthetic was peaceful and inviting, making it easy to relax. I slept well, cooked meals, and spent time unwinding with Netflix. Had a great stay at Gian’s condo unit! The location is super convenient—right in South Triangle and close to plenty of restaurants. The building also has a grocery and convenience store which made things even easier. The unit was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed, including Netflix for a relaxing stay. The aircon worked well, and Gian was very accommodating with our request for an extra mat. The interior gave us that cozy, elegant, Koreanovela condo vibe, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Just a heads-up: if you plan to use the pool, bring proper swimwear as they’re quite strict with the rules. Would definitely book again!
