Beautiful and clean house, friendly owner and the house is centrally enough to drive from there in all directions. You must have a car because there is virtually no public transport. The house is fully equipped and super clean. It is also nice that there is a washing machine. Highly recommended.

I stayed in Fabio's apartment in Marsala and highly recommend it! It is a new house, very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and above all an eco-sustainable soul, thanks to photovoltaic panels and storage battery, perfectly in line with my green lifestyle. Also very convenient is reserved parking and video surveillance right in front of the entrance. Beautiful private verandas, ideal for breakfast and alfresco lunch: framed by metrosideros plants and lemon trees, it offers natural shade during the main hours thanks to the favorable exposure, even in the absence of pergolas or sails. The location is perfect: a two-minute drive from the salt flats of Marsala and the various kite spots and beach stalls, ideal for aperitifs and sunsets. It is also well connected to Favignana, San Vito Lo Capo and the historic center of Marsala. A stay that combines comfort, sustainability and beauty of the area. I will definitely be back
