House was clean and well lit. Decor was very elegant. Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice beaches within 15 minute drive. Overall area is very nice. The lighthouse club amenities were great, but at the time of this review the restaurant and bar were closed for renovation or management change.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was clean and comfortable. My family felt right at home. There were beach chairs, paddle boards and even crockpots available for our use. The pictures online do not show the beauty of this home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this home.

We stayed at this home with our large church group and absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful, spacious, and located in a quiet, peaceful area—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. It comfortably accommodated our whole group and had everything we needed. The check-in process was super easy and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. David, the host, was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only minor issues were a slight paint smell when we first arrived, and the fact that there aren't any stores within walking distance, so you'll want to plan ahead or have transportation handy. That said, the home itself was perfect for a large group, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for big groups looking for a peaceful, well-kept space.

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

This is our second time staying here and we loved everything about it! It’s so peaceful sitting out back on the porch overlooking the pond and it’s also wonderful sitting out by the pool that overlooks the bay. The small beach by the pool is the perfect place for families with little ones who don’t want to haul a bunch of stuff to the real beach. My 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves coming here and has already asked to come back this summer for a third trip. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space for two families. It’s close to some great restaurants and having the golf cart is also a fun bonus to get everyone down to the pool/beach. Thank you Molly for another awesome stay!!

The rental house was just perfect for the reunion with our daughter's Uncles and Aunts who came for her wedding! Lots of room to gather, and to separate when needed. It's was clean when we arrived and, as Girl Scouts, hope it was even better when we left (if that was possible). We did take pictures of the smudges on the wall when we arrived on Friday. Other challenges were one of the shower heads upstairs and accessing the wifi (it could have been our service). But Tracey was right on any of the others. And YES! - we would consider the location again for a future gathering!

We booked this house for our 50th wedding anniversary to celebrate with our two daughters, their husbands, and our 5 grandchildren. The house was perfect for our needs. As she described, it was 5 houses to the beach, and there were sufficient beach equipment that came with the house. We were all impressed with how well appointed the house was, particularly in the kitchen. While we enjoyed gathering in the common areas, there were several areas (glassed porches and balconies) where one could retreat for private time. We also enjoyed having crabs on the table on the ground level below the house. On the few occasions that I texted Anka she very promptly responded. We would definitely stay here again, but would more than likely arrange beforehand to have access to the elevator for ease of moving luggage to the bedrooms on the first and second floors and groceries to the second floor kitchen. 5 STARS!!! This house is clean, spacious and so comfortable! Mark thought of everything that you could ever possibly need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. My family of 4 adults had more than enough room, and the porch was wonderful! It was a great house to come home to at the end of the day! The gym, golf course, and pools in the complex were all beautiful and there was something to do every day! The community is gorgeous and we walked around the neighborhood several times! Close to the beach, restaurants and stores! The house is very large! The pictures do not do it justice! Thank you so much Mark for a wonderful house for our vacation! We didn't want to leave!!!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had a great time. The place is beautiful and just as described!!! We loved our stay, it was clean, fully equipped, communication was clear and the host was quick to get back to our queries. We will be back!!!

We stayed here for a week in August. Me, my wife, and 10 year old son. Keyless check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the open layout, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, place was nicely furnished. The owners were really thoughtful in making this home feel welcoming. Easy drive to Lewes beach (about 16 min) or Rehoboth beach (about 20-25 minutes depending on beach traffic). We didn’t try any of the community amenities but great to know they were there. We look forward to staying here again! Highly recommend!

Steve’s place was everything we expected/hoped for and more! Exceptionally clean and well kept. Location was perfect to restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery store, and more.

Beautiful clean place with everything we needed! The only down side was the 2nd floor bathroom was very small for the possible upstairs guests. But we made it work. We loved that we could walk to the Commons Pool. The hosts responded quickly to all our questions and requests. Had an awesome long holiday weekend!
