We loved our stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and exceptionally well stocked. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the very comfortable screened in porch. A few nice surprises: the water pressure was fantastic, the washer and dryer are huge, and there was ample fridge space upstairs and a second one on the first floor. Paul was also very responsive during our stay and very nice! We’d love to come back again!

The host and the company has been a great help throughout any issues. The house looked amazing and everything turned out more than perfect!! Great space for parking and the canal lead to a beautiful marsh with a canoe that the host provided!! Perfect trip and am grateful to have found this in a short amount of time!

There are many nice features about the rental. Being by the Beach, the living spaces are on the second and third floor, so the dumbwaiter is helpful to transfer your luggage items to the top floors. With board games, bumper pool, shuffle board, arcade, 2 TV areas, large dining table and roof deck, there is plenty of entertainment in the house and plenty of nooks for everyone to occupy. All the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms except one. Roof deck has a great view of sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor, there are beach chairs, wagon, and kayaks available. We were there for Memorial weekend and horseshoe crabs were supposed to be beaching to mate at high tide, but unfortunately we didn't catch them at the right time. We still saw plenty of crabs and collected plenty of shells. The beach access is easy and feels so private. we love being away from the crowd. Rehoboth, Lewey, and Cape Henlopen state Park are only a short drive away for half day excursions. We all loved this trip!

Cannot beat this location. The beach is your backyard. Stunning views, beach access, and lots of deck space. Great communication and everything went smoothly.

Great, quiet location if that’s what you are looking for, which we were! Extremely close to the beach too! Beach was quiet and relaxing. It’s about a 20 minute drive to most restaurants, but it’s a beautiful drive through Prime Hook Sanctuary:))

This place was great!! Great quiet town. The views are beautiful from the decks of the house. We had a great time and a wonderful stay.

This Airbnb was in a perfect location for my birthday trip with friends. We were able to walk to the bars at night and walk to the beach during the day. The host was super responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again in the future!

The place was as described and served our purposes. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was really quick to respond to any questions we had. I was so happy to be able to bring our dog and have an easily accessible yard to take her out and spigot to clean her with after the beach. Having to bring all of our own linens, beach chairs, toiletries etc was a little tough for just the weekend. It felt the price of the stay was a bit high given that our stay was after labor day, on the bay, and required us to bring so many things. That may just be what the pricing is in the area, this was our first time staying, so I don't have a great frame of reference. Overall a very nice experience.

Sea Colony in Bethany is great location convenient to everything beaches have to offer. Appreciated the wheelchair handicap accessible bathroom. Reserved parking right outside main door and easy access to elevator which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and condo was nicely stocked. PLEASE NOTE: You do have to pay for each person over 4 yrs of age for Sea Colony badge / parking. You do have to bring your own linens. Host was very responsive to all communication.

We had a great time at Karan’s place. It was clean and beautiful, in the perfect location. Unfortunately, the previous guest misplaced the pool key but Karan was apologetic and worked hard to get us access to the pool when we needed it. We had a great time and would definitely visit again.

We loved Raj’s place! We have two young children and his place was fully equipped to entertain them with books, toys, etc. Best Airbnb we have stayed in so far 😊

The condo was the perfect location for a family. Easy to hop to and from the beach throughout the day. Joanna was super responsive even though we had no issues. We will be back.

Better view than the pic shows! The private beach was clean and very close to the condo. Rentable chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. There are 2 chairs and umbrellas in the condo to use. Some of the furnishings could use a freshen-up. Mattress was excellent and we are picky! The place was very clean upon arrival and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had! Bethany Beach Boardwalk is less than a mile and a delightful treat with great restaurants and shops along with beach access- something we did not expect and thoroughly enjoyed!

Great stay! Very clean. Ideal location. Right across Coastal Highway from Rusty Rudder. About 50 yards from the beach. It was awesome to be able to go down to the beach and easily go back and forth from the condo/beach.

The booking was fast and easy! The property management team answered every questions before you had it! Amazing! The unit was beautiful! The beds were cozy and it had everything we needed and then some! Grateful to have gotten to experience it!

This a nice condo with beautiful views. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee. The community safe and well maintained, with lots to do. The aquatic center is great with a nice indoor pool and sauna. Boardwalk and many restaurants are all within walking distance. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach stay.

The Sandcastle was excellent, just what we needed! The path to the beach was right behind the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals together. The house was clean and decorated for beach relaxation. It is far enough away from things to be private, but also a short drive to other towns and beaches along the coast. We absolutely loved our stay. We had a restful, quiet vacation and loved it all.

Great property! Very close to the beach and town. Very nicely updated. Chairs and beach towels provided. Will definitely be back!

Had a great stay at Vinnie’s place. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay. Place was beautiful and relaxing. Brought our dog with and he loved walking on the beach. If you’re looking for quiet, but the ability to go down to Lewes or Rehoboth on a short drive this is the place! We will definitely be back!

Josephine’s condo was the perfect place for myself, my 2 daughters & my mom for our girls beach trip. The condo was clean & well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing- short walk to the beach and boardwalk, literally steps! My girls loved the rooftop pool! Josephine communicated very clear instructions prior to our stay and checked in before & after our stay! Highly recommend for your Rehoboth Beach stay!

My family and I rented this as a post-holiday getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable living space that allowed family to gather and offered privacy for my adult and nearly adult sons. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and dishes. Front screened porch catches the morning sun and was warm enough to sit on during the mild winter days and a great spot to people watch as people walked to the public beach access. Very quiet and restful, easy beach access and water and sanctuary views. Would definitely consider renting again!

Dawn and Dan were great hosts - the place was phenomenal and the location is impossible to beat. They were responsive right away every time, and were very helpful. 10/10, would recommend to everyone!

We had the best week staying here! Our pup is a little more nervous of crowds and other dogs so the private beach was amazing. The room was the perfect size for 2 people and a dog. The outdoor shower was actually really private and warm! Ashley was great at responding if any questions or problems came up. Lots of restaurants and shops just a short drive away where you can also take your dog! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Joe's place was perfectly located in a peaceful area, practically on the beach. It fit our family perfectly, the kids loved the deck, we grilled almost every day and were grateful for the outdoor shower. It had everything we needed for our stay (pots, pans, coffee, blender, etc.) Thank you for such a lovely home away from home!
