We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's. She had all the luxuries of home and so many added amenities that we needed. The location was perfect from a short walk to downtown and the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio in the early mornings chatting with the squirrels, bunnies and baby geese as they visited us. She provided us with a parking pass to downtown and she was very prompt when we asked questions. We definitely would like to rebook next year.

TJ has thought of everything. It felt just like coming home. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful while still being close to all the attractions.

Thank you the place was great. We stayed a night due to a tournament at DE turf. So close! Thanks for the water and snacks that was great after being outside all day in the sun. Nice touch with the lotion, shampoo and conditioner, we forgot some of that. Highly recommend this place.

This was a super nice and quiet space for my friends and I to enjoy a few nights close to the beach. We were able to get Ubers easily and eat delicious food near the boardwalk. Tyler was very responsive and answered all of my questions. We look forward to staying at this location in the future !

Great stay, location is very convenient and bike-able to all of Lewes. Bedrooms are located down a short flight of stairs separating them from living space. Seems like it was recently renovated so everything feels new. Would recommend and stay again.

I have returned to Mary’s Suite Multiple times. Always pristine, great location, Walking distance to wonderful restaurants And shopping And activities. Will return again and again. Highly recommend .

Perfect two bedroom place with two decks (front and back). The back deck is perfect for catching up with friends and family. The beach is close and there is a great restaurant on the corner. There is also a wonderful little playground in the neighborhood near the tennis courts. We had a great MDW! Would absolutely stay there again!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, exactly as described, and in a super convenient location — just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. It made it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. Check-in was simple. Would definitely stay here again for a beach getaway!

Great location, wonderful condo which looked brand new, everything was as described, great communication, the pool was a blast and had ample seating. Not to far to the beach but far enough to be away from the noise

Great spot we had an awesome trip. The place was continently located and super close to the beach. Bed and couch were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything. Will be returning!

This a nice condo with beautiful views. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee. The community safe and well maintained, with lots to do. The aquatic center is great with a nice indoor pool and sauna. Boardwalk and many restaurants are all within walking distance. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach stay.

This place was great, everything you could ask for clean. 30 seconds to the beach, just a few blocks from restaurants, felt safe!

This was such a nice neighborhood. Lots of places to walk and a view of the water from just about everywhere. The pool and hot tub (adult only) were enjoyed by everyone. The set up with a queen bed plus a twin bed in each of the two bedrooms worked well for our family. Highly recommend Evan’s Park and John C West park (shady!) for kids! The drive to the beach was a little busy if done during mid morning but if we went later in the day it was less crowded. Loved how clean and free of clutter this condo was. Would love to visit again!

This place was clean and had lots of room. We booked extremely last minute and it did not affect our group's experience at all, only that we were so sad to not be able to spend much time there! 100% Reccomend

Beautiful, clean home that was perfect for vacation for family of 7. Great location with lots to do. We took advantage of the fitness facility, pool, beach, pickle ball, playground, community grills, tram and Sea Colony shops. Caroline was extremely easy to communicate with as she was highly responsive and proactive in providing helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the beach. 14th floor, very quiet and you rarely hear your neighbors. The balcony you can hear the waves with access from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked and great to have laundry in unit. You do need to wear a badge and security checks often.

Don was a great host. From the moment I arrived my dog Dizzie and I felt like valued guests. Don provided some great recommendations for things to do locally, and was always available if anything came up. The space was very clean and I could tell Don put a lot of effort into creating and maintaining it.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Host was super responsive, super helpful, and super friendly, a wonderful stay! The place was warm, inviting, and quiet!

My girlfriend & I had a wonderful stay for the weekend ! Perfect for a little couples getaway ! Would definitely go again !
