Wonderful Stay! I had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making everything super easy and stress-free

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn's. She had all the luxuries of home and so many added amenities that we needed. The location was perfect from a short walk to downtown and the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio in the early mornings chatting with the squirrels, bunnies and baby geese as they visited us. She provided us with a parking pass to downtown and she was very prompt when we asked questions. We definitely would like to rebook next year.

TJ has thought of everything. It felt just like coming home. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful while still being close to all the attractions.

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

Great place, great location, great amenities, the only thing that wasn’t great was the weather but the location and amenities of her place made our stay great. Did I say great? Lol.

This place was well laid out, with a closed in porch, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and was quiet. We had a nice stay here. Very close and easy to get to Rehoboth and Dewey beach.

Erin was a great host. She was well communicative and was kind enough to adjust our dates when I got sick two days before our trip. Her place exceeded our expectations. It had such a cozy feel to it and even made me miss our days of living in an apartment. Everything was clean and tidy and well stocked. Since it is an apartment we did hear other people moving around above us and outside every now and then but it didn’t really affect our stay. The only thing that I wished were different were curtains (as opposed to just blinds) being in the bedrooms because the lights from the parking lot kept the room pretty well lit at night and the sun came through really early in the morning. Even with that we would stay again.

Our second time staying with Stefanie and we had a wonderful weekend! Her place is clean and in a great location for our weekend away at the beach!

Greg’s place was above and beyond what we wanted as a girls trip! The accommodations provided were exactly what we wanted and needed. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The house made me feel at home and the area was very quiet and friendly. Would come back again!

This was our first time using an air bnb and I must say that I was very impressed. The place was very nice, clean and inviting. It felt like home when you walked in, the area was convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. The little details they had such as a guest book to sign, games, beach furniture, binder with information such as passwords to WiFi and streaming services , beaches , recommendations for places to visit or eat at etc. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The whole experience we had was great , not one complaint . Highly recommend staying here.

Bernard & Allison have thought of everything! The house has everything you could need to prepare meals (pots & pans, plates, cups, etc), as well as everything you need to make clean up a breeze (dish soap, dish detergent, kitchen towels, broom & mop, washer & dryer). The bathrooms have plenty of towels for everyone, as well as enough paper products to get you started. The bedrooms easily accommodate 8 people, and there is plenty of seating for a large party. The outdoor space is very private and includes everything you need to spend time outdoors (grill, fire pit with wood, cornhole, bikes, and outdoor games). This is the second time we’ve been hosted by Bernard & Allison (also at their other Milton property), and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Milton. They are friendly, responsive, and they really go the extra mile to insure a comfortable stay for their guests!

We loved this house. First- I want to express how nice Kristin is. When we arrived early after a 9 hour drive she let us check in early and responded very rapidly to any inquiries I had. My kids spent hours playing with all the toys provided and the fenced in back yard was great for them to play in. The community pool was the cherry on top. We went every day and met some of the nicest neighbors! This area is very safe and convenient. 15 mins to Lewes beach, 20 to Rehoboth and 20 to Henlopen state park. My kids loved the Movie at Midway (10 min drive), the water parks (15 min drive) and Funland (20 mins) and a trampoline park (10 mins). The kitchen was fully stocked and had non stick pans that were NOT SCRATCHED! (That’s rare for Airbnb’s) We cooked every single night at home and lacked for nothing. I would rate this 100 stars if I could!

Great place - just the right size for two of us and our dog for a quick Thanksgiving getaway. The house had everything we needed and was not too far from the towns on the Eastern Shore. Looking forward to a return visit.

This place was very clean and spacious, it was alot bigger then we thought it was going to be ,very very satisfied.

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth Beach! The condo was beautiful! We felt so comfortable there, and it was very spacious for our family of 4. We also loved how many things were included, which made packing so much easier - they had towels, beach chairs, a cooler bag, umbrellas, a stroller, etc. We ended up buying our own hand soap since theirs was very watered down. The pool was fun (though a little cold during our week), and the beach was so close. My only complaint was about some noise (which should be expected when staying in a condo on Rt 1). On our first night, there was a party happening in either a nearby unit or outside that was very loud, and sometimes, we could hear the people in the unit downstairs. Also, every morning at 5 am, the garbage truck comes and wakes us all up. It's not enough to ruin the trip at all - it's just something to keep in mind if you have little kids. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay here again though! So clean and comfortable.

We had a great long weekend with our 18-month old. We were able to set up a slumber pod in the bathroom which was able to be kept cool with the ac from the bedroom and the slumber pod fan. Plenty of outlets. Everything was easy to use and host was super responsive. Great area to stay in between Northbeach and the Rusty Rudder/Lighthouse. There’s a playground a block away too. Loved it!

We enjoyed the quietness of the condo community and the beautiful view of the bay from the back porch. Neither one of us are ocean swimmers, so it was a treat to be able to come home from the beach, shower at the pool house and then spend a few hours relaxing in the pool. We also were surprised how conveniently located the condo is to grocery stores, restaurants etc..Thank you, Stephanie for providing a comfortable, affordable place to stay.

Great host, very responsive. Great location. The only minor issue was the check out process was a bit excessive, wanting the guest to put the sheets and towels in the washer and take the trash out. I thought that’s what cleaning people were for. Overall, though, I would stay again.

Great location in Lewes, with a very short walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Space was clean and well equipped with amenities for staying over and cooking, as well as for going to the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach wagon). Host was responsive and left a great guide with recommendations for the area.

Had a great time! Went back for the second time, everything was great!

Cozy, comfortable, and well situated to beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Felt like home away from home for our family getaway. Particularly enjoyed the community pool, proximity to the beach and to many terrific restaurants. Only wish we had more time! Hope to stay again at Greg's when we return to Rehoboth Beach.

Wow your loft was absolutely amazing! We had the best time it seriously blew us away. From the second we walked in, we felt completely at home; everything was so stylish and comfortable, and you two clearly put a ton of thought into every detail. The living room was perfect for chilling out and having a laugh we made so many great memories there! And the kitchen? Don't even get me started! You made cooking a total breeze. You even had a little step stool for our toddler in the bathroom seriously, you guys are the best hosts ever! The bedrooms were incredibly comfy! And that screened in porch was the absolute cherry on top perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location couldn't have been better either the beach and boardwalk were so easy to reach. It was the perfect balance of relaxing and having fun. Thank you both so much for letting us stay! it was a memorable experience.
