Monthly Rentals in Sunshine Acres

Very clean and welcoming townhome. The private garage is a great plus. Beds were super comfortable. It’s in a great location close to everything.

We (a couple) literally only used it as a place to eat & shower one night. It had a nice bed & bathroom, a tv, one chair, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. There's a small fold-out table in the closet. You can go up on the roof, but we didn't have time. I chose it because it was only 20 minutes away from our launch site on Salt River, which we kayaked & saw the famous wild horses. Nice gated neighboorhood, seemed safe.

Heather’s place was an excellent home base for my mountain biking trip. The location is really convenient to get to local trails, quick restaurants, and more. The space was private, quiet, and clean. Heather was an excellent host and communicated proactively. I would highly recommend this space.

Our stay at Keenan's place was great. Communication was fast. We had an issue with the provided air mattress, but Keenan took care of it right away. Some of the added touches such as the phone chargers on the nightstands and lamp tables in the living area were awesome. The area where Keenan's rental is located was perfect. We didn't have to drive very far for shopping, restaurants, hiking etc. His place is located on a golf course which we loved as we took walks everyday/evening. The pool and hot tub are literally about 15 steps away from the patio. Keenan took great care to provide a lovely place for us to call home for our 3 months stay.
