The studio apt is great. Beautifully done and very thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The apt is.not big, but was more than enough. Brand new kitchen, spotless bathroom. The outdoors space, that has a dining table where I worked most days, and a cafe table, and chairs creates an outdoor living room, I loved it. Its location makes it very private, but just blocks away from just about everything. Walkable, bike able. Really amazing location. Alan is a great host. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Tranquility Guest House — we were able to check in early and everything was already clean and prepared for us. The host was very responsive and helpful with messaging which was reassuring. The pool is also clean, quiet, and private. Overall this is a great value for the money and the location is perfect!

The place was fantastic. Cozy, classic Key West vibe. Colors and decorations remind you, just where you are. Centrally located in the middle of Key West. Most things are accessible with a 10 to 30 minute walk or 5 to 15 minute bike ride. Parking is always available directly across the street. Don made himself available and quickly responded to text messages, questions and made great recommendations. The place is just perfect. It was just me, but two or three would be very comfortable here. I highly recommend booking. I will definitely be back.

Jarrett’s place was the perfect getaway to Key West. It was close to everything Duval St and beyond but far enough away that the neighborhood was very quiet at night. There was roof replacement work going on, so on some days it wasn’t as peaceful out at the pool as we would have liked. Parking spot marker and condo are not directly in front of the other. It took us some time and help from the host to find both. Pool was amazing, it was clean and cool which was much appreciated with the hot humid weather. Overall I would stay here again, Jarrett was very quick to respond to our questions, the A/C did a great job keeping us cool inside, and the condo had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Perfection!
