Beach apartment holiday rentals in Sunny Isles Beach

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful home just steps from the beach. The location couldn’t be better—waking up and walking to the ocean in minutes was a dream. The home itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

I loved this place - probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Looks exactly as described and very clean. The views are can’t beat - ocean, bay, city! The pools were lovely and easy access to beautiful beach. Calm and relaxing, a different vibe from south beach, but close enough to venture there as you please. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous location with all the amenities of the hotel. My boys loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there during my next trip to Miami.

Great location! Walkable restaurants, and the beach is just two streets away, but the view of the bay was our favorite part. Comfortable furniture and plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was also very well stocked, from both a dishes and spices perspective. The only thing that stood out as a possible detractor is that there is no door on the primary bathroom to separate it from the bedroom and provide privacy (although there is a doorway, so the door is just not installed). It was a great month!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! Check in was so simple. The unit is exactly as described. We loved that there were two bunk beds so our teens could have their own beds and own bathroom. The unit had two balconies which was so nice. Excellent location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The staff at the beach and pool were so accommodating. Everyone is already talking about going back. The owner kept in communication with us just making sure we were all set. While everything was perfect, I appreciate them checking on us. 5 stars all around !! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thank you very much for hosting us. We had one of the best vacations ever. Everything from the service to the location was top notch. The unit was as advertised and Aljosha couldn’t be nicer. When I return, I hope to stay in the same unit. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

My sister and I stayed here for a friend's wedding so it was perfect for the 2 of us. Balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Living room area was roomy for lounging (we didn't watch TV). Bed was comfortable and bedroom has very blackout curtains. There are closets in the bedroom and living room area, so plenty of room to store clothes. We didn't use the kitchen other than making coffee and using the fridge - but its a full kitchen if you need it. The Marenas Resort has a pool, jacuzzi, and access to the beach with their own patio chairs. We only used the jacuzzi since it was cold that weekend :(. Location of Marenas is along a busy street with many other high-rise condos/hotels. Easy to walk to the Publix and other restaurants on Collins Ave (5 to 15 minutes walk). Maria was very helpful giving us recommendations of places to eat nearby. She was also very responsive when I had questions before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. It had a cozy feel while still being modern and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable. What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and welcoming without being overbearing. From clear check-in instructions to helpful local recommendations, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. We had a great three night stay!! From the start, the service was smooth and welcoming—they stored our luggage upon arrival so we could enjoy the pool/beach right away. The hotel amenities were fantastic, and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations in both quality and variety. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Waking up to the ocean each morning was a highlight. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful—and for what was offered, the price felt very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Clean, and looked like pictures. Front desk was friendly and helpful, check in was very smooth. Brought my 2 year old and it was perfect, kid friendly

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
