Monthly Rentals in Sunīši

I stayed at Martina's apartment for somewhat longer time and really appreciate the opportunity to do that. The host is very polite and always answers almost instantly. The apartment building is lockated on suburbs of the city and offers truly excellent options in terms of public transport, access roads and shops without excessive crowdiness. The bus stop is literally on a doorstep and tram stop is in 5 minutes walk. Both of them offers opportunity to get across the complete city if necessary. There are many grocery shops within 5 minute walk, gim, swimming pool, forest and much more dependent on demands. There is a large shopping and entertainment centre in 10 minutes drive. The apartment itself is well maintained, warm at winter time and cleanliness is truly excellent and outstanding. All of the neighbours I bumped into were polite and helpful. Based on my experience I recommend this rental property and will definitely use it in the future myself.

It was a pleasure to stay in this flat. The bus stop is very close to the apartment, and it’s very easy to get to the city center. Within a 30-minute walk, there’s a big shopping mall, and a large forest is just 15 minutes away. A good grocery store is only a few minutes from the flat. The location is very quiet. A few suggestions: it would be great to add blackout curtains in the bedroom, as the sun rises very early and the room gets quite bright, which can be uncomfortable if you like to sleep in. Also, having a microwave in the future would be a nice addition. Overall, that’s all I wanted to say. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Great apartment. Quiet area. Neighbors can play music very loudly, but if you go to them, it usually solves the problem. Sintija is ready to help with everything. I asked to replace my frying pan and they replaced it the next day. I would recommend this apartment. Thank you

The place was very comfortable perfect for a couple stay. The surrounding nature gives a great opportunity for evening and morning walks. It also has a nearby store for regular groceries, but it is comparatively expensive. The public stores like Lidl, Rimi, Maxima are unfortunately little far from the place. The only thing we had to compromise was that It’s a at distance from city centre and you have to take Nordeka, a private company bus, to go to Riga and it only works till 11 PM. So if you plan to go to city and see old town night life then you have to have your own transport or taxi.
