Monthly Rentals in Sumterville

The house was perfect for us! I traveled with my husband and 3 kids to visit my parents. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We used the golf cart daily to get to the pool and really enjoyed the poker table!

The Brody Villa seems fairly new and as such, the furniture, linens and accessories were in very nice condition. The golf cart and bikes were a great addition to the rental and came in very handy. While Eastport Town Square is not yet open, there were still 3 recreation centers and pools for us to visit and we were able to take the golf cart to nearby courses. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed and they even had a printer in the primary closet, which we ended up needing twice. A thoughtful addition.

While this place is attached to the main home, I had more privacy than I normally expect. Wonderful surroundings, very friendly family, and super convenient for the purpose of my visit. This cute place had more than I could have asked for, fully useable kitchen, good size fridge & freezer, and even a washer/dryer! You will hear the roosters and kids outside, but the noise is far from intrusive. All around a great little spot that I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Dana & Family!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. House was as described. Host was responsive. Will stay again!!
