I had a wonderful stay at Rose’s cabin near Blue Knob State Park. The setting was peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature—exactly what I was hoping for. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. It’s clear Rose put a lot of thought into the little details that make guests feel at home. Rose was an excellent host—responsive, kind, and respectful of privacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would definitely recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful escape into the Pennsylvania mountains. Thank you

If we could give 10 stars we would! Becky and her home were amazing! We absolutely loved getting to know her father and helped him paint his swing. I did accidentally sleep in on check out day and she came in to wake me (Sorry again!!). Anyway, the location was perfect, and Portage is such a pretty place. We hope to stay here again if we ever need to! We will definitely be recommending Becky's place to friends and family. Thank you for giving us a home away from a home while we try to find our home here in PA. (Becky was also super accommodating with our check in! And was very communicative throughout our stay if we needed anything. Thank you so much!! You guys were so warm and welcoming!)

Bill & Julie are exceptional hosts. They provided easy to follow directions and are quick to respond. The condo has everything you need. The location is beautiful. We had to extend or stay twice due to unforeseen circumstances and Bill & Julie made the process stress free!

Paul's place was accurately represented in both description and photos. Paul was a very responsive host, easy to reach and quick to answer any questions. Check-in was easy; check-out instructions were simple and clear. The place is nicely located in the small town of Windber, PA but close enough to walk to local restaurants and the coffee shop. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.
