Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay! We had a great stay at this apartment! It was modern, clean and very well equipped – everything we needed was in place. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and sofa were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing dip. The location was also great – quiet and peaceful, but still close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with all the way. Highly recommend 👍

The place was amazing. It was so clean, spacious, and well-stocked up. It looked more amazing than it did in the photos. The place was well-equipped, the furniture were well-thought-of, and was very well maintained. Everything was clean and everything in the house was working. The garden was also amazing though I think it would be better if there were more lights outside. The host also provided some cold beers in the fridge which I think was a really nice touch. The only downside was that it was far from the city center, so I would recommend having a car if you plan to stay in this Airbnb. But overall, really great airbnb! would love to stay there again.

An all-time favorite of ours, and we've traveled the world staying in airbnbs. Beautiful home and surroundings, welcoming host, lovely pool, and just perfect. We used the wood-fired grill to make our dinner and enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard with the grape vines. We need to find a way to get back here as a family! I highly recommend this!

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

The stay was so enjoyable! The host is too kind and attentive, the areas are impeccable, everything is very clean and organized, and all the necessary cleaning and personal hygiene products are available.

Wow what can i say, pilars apartment is right beside the cathedral, shops, restaurants and bars right in the heart of everything. Pilar was super responsive always messaged back and gave us hints snd tips to places, travel etc. we had an amazing few days here and I definitely would stay hrre if i was going back. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Great location close to the ocean. Nice place, spacious and comfortable.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

It was next to the beach. Small but well organized apartment. My partner and I went with my baby and we had a great time, it has a lot of things you can use. And he responded very quickly. Very happy!!

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
